Great location, great staff

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location wonderful. Staff wonderful and polite. Idris in breakfast was a highlight.

Cons: Rooms were tight, air ventilation was scant. Showers leaked onto bathroom floor.

Pros: From the minute we arrived, we felt welcome and valued as guests. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, trying to accommodate our needs as best they could. The hotel has a quaint charm, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons: If I had known that the room looked like this, I would not have decided to book this hotel. In the photos, the room looked nicer, cosier, and larger. It was not shown that to get from the door to the room you had to walk 10 meters through a narrow hall. The bathroom has been renovated, but the room needs to be refreshed. breakfasts were very modest and the amount of food on the buffet table was minimal, which meant that the staff brought food all the time. Chaos and noise from the kitchen. What was incomprehensible and not ecological to me was that each piece of cheese was in a separate, thick plastic package.

Pros: Location was good, as I could take PER B line to the CDG airport.

Cons: The check in time was written at 2 pm but the woman at the reception insisted that hotel never announced such an early time. I had to walk around with a luggage before check in. The booking dot come page announced the check in time is 2 pm. Please check it! I was unhappy that the breakfast was not included in my booking, although I selected the room that indicated the breakfast inclusive. It is true that although the room information shows the breakfast is included, the final confirmation page did not show the breakfast issue. I selected the room with 10 euro more expensive because of the breakfast as compared with the room without the breakfast. Unfortunately I do not have evidence of this. This could be a mistake in the booking dot com page. My comfortable stay was disturbed by the noises and voices from the surrounding rooms. This could be due to that the noise shield is extremely poor. This is one issue I could not accept. Shower temperature was extremely unstable and changed dramatically which could be in a dangerous level.

Pros: The location is great, it's near bus station, metro and train station, and there are some supermarkets, cafes, delis around it, it's convenient to get everywhere in Paris. And the room is neat, tidy and cozy, and I felt safe when I was staying there.

Great Location, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Hotel room was for three adults, we received a triple room on the third floor. Room 105. The room was comfortable with enough space for our 3 cabin sized baggage and to still walk around. Beds are exceptionally comfortable... I would love to have brought the duvet home! The bathroom was spacious with a step over the bath shower. The shower was out of this world, Great power and no limit to hot water. The lift is quite slow, but that's not so bad! Breakfast is a help yourself buffet, fabulous freshly baked croissants, hot breakfast selection, coffees/teas limitless and a wide buffet selection of other items. Staff were friendly and assisted us with 'holding' our luggage on the last day. Location - 4-5 minute walk to Notre Dame... within Latin Quarter..location is defo 10/10.

Cons: Lift was a little slow but even that was not so bad!
