Cons: General maintenance is necessary. Poor repairs to things that were broke such as the poor repair on a whole in a door to tape on the back of the remote.

Pros: Suite was a good size.

Cons: They lied about having a hot tub and pool was unavailable to use. Main reason we picked this hotel, I had even called to verify they had this feature. I do not enjoy being lied to, and letting down my kids. Water pressure wasn't great. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Wouldn't give us an extra blanket. Key cards would take like 5 tries before it would work.

Cons: The first night our hear wasn’t working. I called the front desk periodically starting at 2a and didn’t receive an answer until 5:30. We were freezing, Not to mention my 2 year old toddler has asthma and the cold flare it up. Therefore by the end of our visit, he was coughing uncontrollably due to being triggered by the room temperature

Pros: Hotel room had lots of amenities, like oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc.

Cons: The room was nice, but the bathroom wasnt the cleanest, especially the floor, which still had black hairs on it (not from either of us as I have vibrant dyed hair and my partner's hair is blonde). The breakfast was on par with what you might find in a school lunch cafeteria, and the orange juice was so watered down, I wouldn't have known it was meant to be OJ if I wasn't told. Lastly, the worst part of all; The listing said that it had a pool and that the po was undergoing maintenance early on in the year but the maintenance was to be finished February 2024. We were not told this by the receptionist when talking about if they had a hot tub or not, but it was not completed yet. The pool was the main reason why we picked that hotel in particular. Only at checkout were we told by staff that we COULD have gone across the street to the pool at the other neighboring Hilton Hotel, which was NOT told to us until checkout. Then at checkout the staff tried to bill us a SECOND time, even after we showed them our payment receipts. Only after the manager came to assist was that cleared up. If we had known ahead of time that the hotel didn't have a pool, or that it was still undergoing remodeling, we would have went somewhere else. They lied in the listing, communicated with us poorly, and many of the staff assisting at checkout treated us poorly. I'm waiting for a full refund because this really put a damper on our first vacation in many years during the one time in the year that we could swing it.

Pros: We stayed here to attend the Eagles concert. The location was great, within walking distance to the CHI Health Center Arena. For the most part, parking at the hotel was easy but on the night of the concert, the hotel parking lot was packed. I suspect a lot of people booked for that night to attend the concert. Construction was going on in the hotel lobby while we were there but they were still able to provide breakfast in one of the meeting rooms. I would definately stay here again.

Pros: The lobby was clean.

Cons: I wish I knew why I got rashes and itching and the kids. I didn’t to say bed begs because I’ve never been around but it’s a possibility for sure. Other than that it was pretty nice. I end up changing hotels once we all started itching bad.

Cons: The staff was kind of rude at my last stay and I asked for a late check out and they said nothing when I checked in. It's difficult to travel six hours for work, try to find permanent residence and work 12 hours in a day and find time to sleep before traveling back to my home state so communication is important or I would have booked at the neighboring site for cheaper rate

Cons: Our room was facing the street side. It was very loud throughout most of the night with the vehicles driving by. The sink in the kitchen dripped. Pool was COLD, not enjoyable
