Cons: no free wifi. i thought wifi was free, at least that's what it said on the information. signal is so weak inside tge building, they should offer free wifi as courtesy. pool and jacuzzi were not heated enough, we could only go in for five minutes.

Pros: The person who checked us out was so nice and listened to our issues (below). She was the best part of the stay.
Cons: We got in very late (2am), and then had to negotiate just to get a 12 noon checkout. Room had no "do not disturb" signage, and then we were woke up at 8am by a power tool sound. A late checkout (1-2pm) for late comers would solve part of problem.
