Pros: Location is good, not right in the center but close to the main road. Room was very spacious and clean, it had a fridge and a microwave even.. It wasa like a a little apartment. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons: It was a Saturday night, so some noise from the parties going on. No fault of the hotel though. The pool didn't look as clean as the pictures so I didn't go in.

Cons: Water is very weak, no hot shower. Internet is very weak. Air conditioner is weak, took very long time to cool down the room. Staff is very nice but cant speak English.

Pros: The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. The size of the room was great and were always kept very clean.

Cons: I could not be more disappointed with my stay overall though. We arrived for an 11 night stay to complete disarray. We were told on arrival that the outside area was completely under construction. No swimming Pool. No outdoor seating area. No restaurant. No bar. Construction works taking place everyday between the hours of 09:00am-18:00pm, even on a Sunday! The receptionist explained that they informed booking.com of this construction but we were not told by anyone. The receptionist went on to explain that we could stay for the first night complimentary and get a full refund should we find accommodation else were. However due to the time of our visit being the spring break season you can imagine this was near impossible to find anything else were and had no other choice but to complete our stay here. To make matters worse we were without hot water, for the first 2.5 days and later on without any water at all because and construction worker went through a water pipe! We asked the staff how long the construction work would be going on for and they said they hoped it would be finished at by the end of April, which I doubt! The worst part of all of this, neither booking.com or the hotel want to take responsibility for this. If me and my partner had known of this construction work before our trip we would of booked else were or tried to postpone the flights. I just hope that by posting this review others planning on going here any time soon will see this and make other arrangements and no one else's trip will get ruined.

Pros: The staff were friendly and rooms are kept clean.

Cons: Sadly when we arrived we was informed that the hotel was under MAJOR construction. If we was told before we definitely would have made other plans to stay somewhere else. We was unable to find another hotel to stay in at such short notice as it was spring break. There was no facilities such as a pool, bar or even restaurant on site and some days we had no hot water to have a shower. Even worse one day we had no running water so wasnt able to use the toilet. Our holiday wasnt relaxing and I feel like we didnt get the break that we planned for at all. Definitely think the hotel and booking. Com should reach out to guest before arriving so they are made aware of situations so that they can make other arrangements as nobody contacted me and if they did I might of had a completely different holiday.

Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly. They gave us advise on what to do, how to move around etc

Cons: Hotel was under restoration and we got informed only when we arrived in there. From 8am to 8pm daily there was lots of noise and dust from the restoration work. Pool and restaurant were closed. We got offered a refund but obviously last minute any other hotel was extremely expensive. Room was old and had many issues. The shower would take 5 minutes to get warm water. The shower head's holes were covered by salts so it made it very hard to wash the soap out. Internet connection was also horrible. Impossible to use it.

Superb

Pros: The stuff was very friendly and helpful. its not in the centre but there is a bus station 5 minutes to pick u up to the centre.
