Pros: The hotel staff, the hotel itself, ambiance and facilities. 5 pools, a beautiful gym and spa 10 restaurants. Amazing 5 star hotel. Manager Mr. OMAR was very courteous and good. Food was lovely too. Breakfasts were very good indeed. Location little far out from a few places but they had a shuttle bus as well to take to the malls etc...

Cons: Breakfasts could be improved more in terms of variety maybe.

Fairmont truly made my son feel like royalty during his stay, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Pros: The warm welcome and impeccable service provided by the staff most especially Samantha from Front Office accommodated us very well! They surprised my son with a birthday facade and sweets. The whole environment and interior was amazing. Our son loved the pool areas so much, that he didnt want to leave. over all it was an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!
