Cons: I had safety issues. Some stuff was lost from my room while I was out. On requesting to look into the matter nothing was done and they dealt it very casually as if it happens on daily basis. They told me that my room was upgraded. When I went there I was surprised to see that they locked the extra room and washroom. So essentially I was fooled regarding the upgrade.

Cons: One bedroom apartment and no visitors are allowed, it had no towels, tissues and slippers, the card needed re-activation each time we went out of the room, we ordered slippers and shampoo and they sent them in a trash bag, very unprofessional, the apartment wasnt fully clean when we first stepped in, the bathroom had 2 cockroaches and there was a bad smell the whole stay in the apartment, staff are unprofessional, the booking for 1 day online is 250 including tax, they tried to charge us for 650 Dirhams for adding a bonus day to our trip, and after we book and pay they inform us about the no visitors policy, and pool opens at 9 AM, they had a maintenance guy with his clothes on get inside the pool and fix the pools floor at 10:30 AM, while the pool was very very dirty
