Great hotel. Great stuff.

Pros: I liked the stuff very much. They were friendly, polite and always willing to help.

Cons: The place where the hotel is located, is next to poseidonos avenue. So make sure your room is not on the avenue side of the hotel, as it is noisy and you might have troubles to sleep.

This is definitely not a four-star hotel.

Pros: It's very clean and the staff are helpful.

Cons: The room was OK, but I did not appreciate the shabby chairs that were on the balcony. I pointed them out to reception, and I was promised that they would be changed but nothing was done. My room overlooked a dilapidated old house which was not very pleasant. Also, there was noisy building work taking place, but the hotel didn't have the courtesy to explain this to the guests. I have a theory that hotels booked via Booking .com allocate their worst rooms. This has happened to me twice before, and I am now seriously considering only booking directly with the hotel.

Cons: I have nothing to dislike. My stay was for one night before and after a cruise and everyone was very accommodating. They even assisted with transportation to and from the cruise and to the airport.

Pros: The Emmantina Hotel has been recently refurbished in a stylish manner. The staff are courteous and professional. As we arrived from the Port of Piraeus at around 2100 hrs, we had dinner on the rooftop restaurant/bar of the Hotel and enjoyed the food, which was reasonably priced. There is a pool on the roof but unfortunately we did not get to see it as it closes in the evening for safety reasons. The room was a good size and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities (including dispensers for hair/body wash, hair conditioner, hand soap and body lotion). Slippers and robes were also provided. Good variety at breakfast and nice ambience. There is a vending machine on the ground floor if you need to buy a bottle of water or a snack. We took a taxi to the airport which cost 40 (approx. 30 mins ride) but there is an airport bus stop nearby. For information, a taxi from Piraeus Port to the Emmantina Hotel cost us 35 (inclusive of luggage). We left the next morning so unable to comment on the surrounding area: shops, restaurants, etc..... The Hotel does not overlook the sea but is on a main busy road, although we were able to see a little of the sea from a distance from our room which was on the third floor (better view from the rooftop). We would definitely return to The Emmantina Hotel if we need to stay the night prior to travelling, as it is halfway between Athens Airport and the Piraeus Port.

Cons: The Hotel is on a very busy main road, so very noisy. Thankfully the rooms are fitted with good windows and once closed, the traffic does not disturb your sleep. Unable to enjoy the terrace in the room, as it overlooks the main road which is highly trafficked.

A perfect trip for sightseeing and enjoying the beautiful beaches on Athenian Riviera.

Pros: It was perfect for our needs.

Cons: Unfortunately there is a very busy road at front and a huge building site on south side !! The receptionist was lovely and moved our rooms to quieter ones though.

Cons: I didn't like the way that stuff talk or deal with their guest ...unfriendly except Timor at the reception...other lady at the reception have an awful way of talking n not an image as a receptionist to deal with guests she must be at the back office n not facing any guests with her appearance...rooms very small for double n location not very close to glyfada downtown,

Pros: So beautiful all the staff were gorgeous and so friendly. bar was great pool was stunning! near the beaches, easy for ubers to find good food around.

Hotel that exceeded my expectations

Pros: We liked everything in Emmantina hotel - the room was wery comfortable, with all amenities not easy to find even in much more expensive hotels (tea and coffee maker, fridge, complementary bottles of water etc). Breakfast was exceptional - variety of food and drinks, including fresh orange juice and plenty of fresh fruits.

Cons: Poseidon avenue just in front of the hotel - always busy,, loud, hard to cross on a way to the beach (because cars are speeding all day long)....but this has nothing to do with Emmantina hotel, hotel has a great location - near the beach, while center of Glyfada is easily reachable.
