Cons: I didnt like that the toilets were so low to the ground. It hurt my back and legs to have to get down so low to use it. The bench in our room was wobbly and falling apart. However, we did not complain because we didnt want to change rooms.

Cons: The room had roaches ,hair in the bed, it was just a mess also mold in window seal were the air conditioners located.

Cons: Property looks dirty and is falling apart. Bathrooms need a Major Update. I almost didn’t want to stay here. Also called 22 times and didn’t get an answer 1 time so I had to take a $30 cab from airport to hotel.

Pros: We needed a last-minute room when our flight was delayed. We were only at the hotel for about five hours. So at least they had a room?

Cons: I was informed at check-in that, even though I booked a room 30 minutes earlier with two double beds, all they had was a king. We were a family of three, and it was not ideal. The room itself was not in good shape. There is rust and mold in the bathroom ceilings and near the shower. The towels are rough and stained and had other peoples hair on them. I did not use the kitchen, but the stove is caked on with other peoples cooking attempts. You get the distinct impression that the entire room has been used for nefarious reasons and has not been sufficiently cleaned so we did our best to avoid touching anything for our three hours of interrupted sleep, while the blinding light of the parking lot shined in through the window with blinds that did not close, and the loud sounds of the highway rushed outside. The bed itself wasn’t too bad but again, did not feel very clean. And the alarm clock had not been adjusted for daylight savings, nor did they answer the phone when I called three times to set up a wake up call. The parking lot was next to impossible to find a space in and people were wandering in at 1 AM wreaking of marijuana. This is what you get when you’re looking for a last-minute inexpensive room (still $100) but I bet you anything we were not the only people who bought a room only to use it for 4 to 6 hours if that tells you anything. I would never go back, and I would never recommend it.

Cons: Please issue a refund as I left this hotel at 3am bc i was concerned for my safety.I called the front desk twice for help. three men were banging on my door (i am here alone with my 16 year old daughter) and the front desk lady hung up on me.

Cons: The lady Heidi was rude, and she called herself a manager. They charged extra for early check-in when we drove 11 hours for a funeral. They also took out an extra $100 for the stay when we already paid the $100 fee for the stay if the room is damaged. The room didn't have washcloths or towels. Cigarette bud and hair on the floor so the room wasn't properly cleaned. It was noisy at night. People hanging out. The phone did not work. The room needs a lot of updates. Especially the bathroom.
