    Pros: the stuff was great. really nice and tred to help with problems asap.
    Cons: They did small renovations in the hotel, right next to the rooms until late in the evening. The breakfast was not very rich, and the temperature in the coffee machine was so high that I spilled coffee on me and burned my hand

    Pros: The breakfast was great
    Cons: In the shower you dont have where to put the shampoo and soap, you have to go off the shower and return, also it smelled weird, the reception smelled like sweat, and the rooms like humidity.

    Cons: My bathroom didn't have hot water and the key to my room often didn't work i had to go to the staff for help almost every day.

    Not very pleasant, too much work to do.

    Pros: The price is the only thing I could say good things about it.
    Cons: The room, let's start with the door... the lock that prevents the door from opening wide was almost broken, at some point I wasn't able to open my door from the inside. Then, the pillows... they were old, no shape, not comfortable at all. Then, the shower, no towel for the feet, so it was a mess after having a shower. I like to stay in this hotel chain in other cities, but this one is by far, disappointing. Oh, people at breakfast were taking the bread with their hands, doesn't matter there was a tong to grab the bread. I took my breakfast to my bedroom.

    Easter weekend 2022

    Pros: Enough parking space. Rooms were sunny and bright.
    Cons: Hidden fees that booking.com did not informed us of. VAT fees and others. Same breakfast daily. Torn bedding. Toilet broken/ leaking water. 1 set of toiletries for 3 adults in a room. No towels/ toiletries being replaced during the day. We need to ask for both in the evening. A dirty pool. Water was light brown in colour.

    Not very comfortable will not recommend

    Cons: Customer service was not good at all. After 9pm no one answer at the front desk they are all stuck in a room behind the reception area. I had a problem and called multiple times no one answered and went to the front desk and no one was there for about 2 hours
