    Random value for money. Get better service for the same price in nearby hotel.

    Pros: Location is convenient due to proxility to metro (MRT) and mart with many shops and restaurants.
    Cons: Hotel is old with evidence of little or no maintenance or investment. I had a broken bed during one of this year's stays (we moved to many places back&forth from/to BKK). Hotel still announces a restaurant while it is closed since covid. Our last stay before covid was in April 2019; at this time one of the 2 lifts of the hotel failed. This is our 2nd stay since 2022 and still the left-side lift is out of operation. A shame !

    Permanent regression is further going on, after covid and many years without investment...

    Pros: Good location close to mrt station and mall with many shops and restaurants.
    Cons: I come to this hotel since 10 years. When it had breakfast included, and with former staff, it was a really good deal. But now, after covid, no breakfast any more and no maintenance. During this vacation I had 2 stays in this hotel. At 1st stay, door of the room was "simply" not locking properly despite looking like actually closed; also the bed was broken and this was so visible that impossible for personnel to miss this detail. At 2nd stay the small locker was not working. Now on, what you can get at coming to this hotel is just... random. No investment since many years... More likely your experience will be bad, or deceiving at least, with a significantly high probability.

    Clean and convenient, but progressively giving up on quality and services.

    Pros: It has now been 9 or 10 years that I sytematically book this hotel when staying in BKK. Main values for me are 1) cleaniness, 2) high convenience to transfer from/to airport (phra ram 9 MRT station is one station next to phetchaburi/makhasan station to airport link train) and 3) it is 5/10 min walk from phra ram 9 "fortune" mall with many, many shopping opportunities and restaurants, 4) all this for cheap as compared to average hotel prices in bkk.
    Cons: I still like the hotel for big size of rooms, location, cleaniness. But I get progressively deceived by lack of investment and even regression. Before covid the hotel was serving very convient ang good international buffet breakfast; now it does not anymore. I checked in 3 times during this vacation stay and 2 out of times the safe locker was out of order. On 1st checkin one of the 2 elevators came out of order and when reaching back 3 weeks later still only 1 of 2 elevators was working. It looks like owners of this property are progressively "giving up" for minimal cost (and service) approach, and this makes me sad. I think that I will look for alternative hotels around but I am not pleased with this perspective...
