Pros: Staff are nice when the reception is actually open. I have nothing else positive to say about this place.

Cons: This is a condominium, I have no idea why it's allowed to be on booking.com. It's totally unsuitable for a family holiday - once reception closes there is no-one to help, the security guards are virtually useless after hours, there are no phones to call reception even when it is open, so off you trek to go ask any questions you have. The TV has no channels, there is no shop within a 15 minute walk to get anything you need - you are given just a few bottles of water for your entire stay. The toiletries that are supposed to come with the room are just tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the shower, no hand soap or oral care products. There are no hand towels and the towels you are given must last you several days. When you check in you are read a long list of things you must not do that will result in a fine - it's literally like arriving in prison. The description and photos on booking.com are very misleading - our room was old and looks absolutely nothing like those on the site. The fans on the ceiling are stuck on low speed, they are virtually useless so you have to switch on aircon. Oh, and if you stay there now you'll be walking through a building site to get to your room and being woken at 9am by drilling. Welcome to hell!

Pros: The accommodation has an excellent kitchen with a full size refrigerator and is well set up with plenty of cookware , glassware and crockery, making it easy to be self sufficient. The living area is spacious and has a large balcony to enjoy the view over the pool and golf course.

Cons: 1 The room we received did not look like the one at the pictures. The furniture were old and not as nice as at the pictures. 2. There was supposed to be a sofa in the apartment (where the kid was supposed to sleep and which influenced our decision to choose this place). The sofa, unfortunately, was not there. they offered us a bad, so the whole apartment was cluttered. 3. The apartment was supposed to have 65m2, I am convinced that it had much less. 4. The place is rather for people who stay for a longer and have a transportation. There is almost nothing in the area. To the center is approx. 4 km., to the beach 1.5km. 5. We were asked to pay a deposit of 3,000Bat, no one informed us about it before. they return it at the checkout. a few hours before the flight you need to spend it. 6. Electricity bill for 5 days was 700bat - it is veeery expensive. I don't believe we used that much. It is a fraud. 7. They charged us 150Bat for breaking a glass....
