Pros: it is a nice hotel in a quiet location, not too far from the center of Patong beach area, just a 5-7 minute walk to the beach friendly hotel staff, family-like attitude. the room on the 5th floor that we got instead after being shocked by the first room on the 2nd floor has large floor-to-ceiling windows, a very bright room and a beautiful view of the hills. WiFi works nice, including Zoom video didn't use a pool, there is no reason to use a pool at a seaside resort in high season) they have beach towels you can order a minibus/taxi to the airport directly at the reception for the same price (THB200pers/700car) as everywhere else

Cons: extra 3% is charged for credit card payments uncomfortable bed and all 4 pillows were awful the door to the bathroom are made with full-length slits, which is confusing to me beach towels, as well as towels in the room are made of synthetic material, not cotton. walls are poorly soundproofed, so you can hear the cleaning and other people in the hallway in the morning while you sleep. The room on the 2nd floor has a prison-like atmosphere, very dirty, little light - very dark, horrible walls, low ceiling that feels like it's squeezing you, old and shabby furniture, huge old noisy AC, etc. exit to the balcony has a high border, which must be stepped over.. Never settle for a room on the 2nd floor.
