Pros: The location is great, next to Hagia Sophia. The staff is very kind and always ready to help you with a transfer or a tour in Istanbul. From the terrace restaurant there is an amazing view of Hagia Sophia and the sea. With a little change of furniture, it will be a great accommodation. Thank you to the guy who worked at the reception, he is very kind. The most beautiful Turkish coffee with a view of Hagia Sophia.

Pros: The hotel has an amazing location just near Aya Sophia mosque. We also enjoyed the view from the roof during the breakfast. The room was just amazing: everything was clean and well kept. I do appreciate the hotel stuff for their kindness and assistance. Im sure that next time I will definitely choose this hotel again

Pros: Very good location. close to the main tourist attractions and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast is ok. Staff were really freindly and helpful.

Pros: I arrived very early at that time, around 8 am, tired and cold and not yet fully recovered from the illness. This friendly reception staff (Mr. Javazi) helped me to carry my suitcase in and even knew my name. More surprising he offered early check in. It may be a trivial thing but for me it is an extraordinary thing. I can't thank him enough for this kindness. (Thank you for offered me extra breakfast, Mr. Javazi). I was able to rest for a few hours before picking up my husband at the airport. The late check out also very helpful as our flight was in the middle of the night. That was my second time staying at Villa Sofia with my husband. I got a bigger room than the last time I stayed. Breakfast is always good as usual. My husband really likes it. This place made him fall in love with Turkish tea. He even promised to come again and stay here this summer.

Cons: Daily room cleaning is not automatic. You have to inform reception.

Pros: the breakfast was really good with an amazing view, location is amazin just 5 min walking from the main landmarks like the blue mosque, the staff were really attentive to all our needs, well recomended

Overall, Not satisfied with their service

Cons: 1. While making payment, they asked 4800 lira when I challenged them that the amount should be around 4100 then they told its 4080. If even after they they didnt say sorry, it was just like a scamming. 2. Breakfast staff are just like robot, they dont welcome customers or say hello at least 3. Second day, I asked them to clean the room and refill, they didnt. 4. Last day they when I asked agin to clean my room, they did but they did not provide towels which is really weird service.

Pros: Great position in the very centre of Sultanhamet, close to Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque; wonderful terrace (breakfast/restaurant ) with view to the sea (front) and to Aya Sofia (back); the staff is helpful and professional (many thanks to Mr.JAVAZI).
