Joie De Vivre is a boutique hotel that has the largest collection of lifestyle vacation homes and rentals in California. Founded in 1987, the hotel brand has been known for their vibrant, playful, colorful and well-blended hotels making it a perfect blend to any neighborhood. Through various expansions since the brand’s conceptualization, there are now additional locations available in other U.S. cities such as New York, Honolulu, Scottsdale, Arizona, Chicago and Baltimore. At present, the company is also the second-largest hotel brand that caters boutique hotels in America.

This year, Joie De Vivre hotels will welcome an additional boutique hotel in Oceanside. This includes 161 new guest rooms and suites and will also include the “Top Gun” house, adapted from the 1887 Graves House seen on the movies and will be accessible for use to the public. This new additional to Joie De Vivre’s boutique hotels will highlight a rooftop pool and bar, as well as over 3,000 square feet of area dedicated for retail and shopping.
