Moree Airport is a public airport with scheduled services but is mainly used for general aviation and agricultural aviation. The airport is located in Moree, New South Wales and is operated by the Moree Plains Shire Council. As of 2011 to 2012, the airport has seen a total of 28,243 passenger boardings and 1,219 aircraft operations.

MRZ Airport serves as a base for the Moree Aero Club and it has been its base since 1952. Today, the club provides aircrafts for hire and flight training. The presence of the club at the airport was instrumental for many of the improvements given to the MRZ during its earlier years. The airport has two runways that are operational, however there is only one primary runway. The primary runway, designated 01/19 has an asphalt surface and is equipped for night landings. The secondary runway has a gravel surface and is located on the western side of the airport. The airport terminal and apron are located on the eastern side whereas the western side is used for agricultural crop spraying. QantasLink operates flights to Sydney from MRZ on a regular basis. Residents from other towns in the Moree Plains Shire namely Boomi, Mungindi, and Weemelah also use Moree Airport.
