Established in 1984, Polo Hotels Limited was originally called Pohlo Estates Hotel. It was later renamed to its current brand in 1989. Since 1994, they all their properties have been rated 3-stars and up. Based out of India, the brand’s primary property is Hotel North Park. They also have several hotels in the making with one project titled ‘New Hotel’. One of the brand’s goals is to become the brand of choice for local consumers and business partners.
The three-star property Hotel North Park is located in Panchkula, located on nearly four acres of land. It is a 30 room hotel with a health club that features a steam sauna, gym, swimming pool, and a Squash Court. It also features a 24 hour coffee shop as well as a restaurant offering multiple cuisines. The hotel is proposed to be expanded from 30 rooms to 100 rooms. They are also going to be adding 3 ballrooms and meeting rooms to the property.
New Hotel is the brand’s proposed 4-star hotel. It is to have an area over 170,000 square feet. It will be located in Chowki, Sector22, Panchkula. Just 500 meters from Delhi, the property plans to draw business and leisure travellers who are coming from or going to the big city.
