The brand with over 50 years of industry experience has more than 100 properties across UK, Russia, Europe, and Ireland, representing 15,000 rooms in its portfolio. It also has about 500 properties in the US, where it was initially founded. It bills itself as the world’s leading third-party hotel management company.

Interstate Hotels UK currently manages 63 hotels from world-renown brands including Hotel Indigo, Hampton by Hilton, The View Hotel, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Ibis, Portrush Atlantic Hotel, Radisson Blu, Staybridge Suites, The Marine Hotel, and the Red Lion. It was recently appointed as the management firm behind the Hampton by Hilton in Sheffield.

The third-party management company has just rebranded the 113-room Ramada Encore in Bournemouth as a Holiday Inn through a major refurbishment. Interstate Hotels UK took over the operation of the property located near Bournemouth’s famous beach in 2018. The hotel owned by London-based Jayhems Limited is also strategically located in the vibrant town center and the Bournemouth Pier. Some of the improvements made include upgrading the executive rooms with brand new luxury beds, televisions, charging points and high-speed WiFi. A brand new open lobby was also introduced.
