great stay, will come back next year when I attend the same music festival. buy new pillows lol.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious! rooms where clean and the building smelled sweet, like strawberries. staff was very friendly and down to earth, had a few light conversations both at check in and at breakfast.

Cons: unfortunately my only issues where my pillows where so uncomfortable I tossed and turned for a few hours before going out to my car to grab mine and finally fell asleep. that is my only complaint everything else was great.

This hotel is average at best. If you dont set your expectations to high its ok for the money.

Pros: The down stairs area is nice to hang out and play games and the back yard is nice.

Cons: the elevator is scary, the door opens and closes 2-3 times before it decides to close and move floors. There are no signs to the hotel so you dont really know youre in the right place. The front desk didnt have laundry soap for the washers and limited supplies.

Cons: There wasnt a indoor pool anymore. Evidently they sold off that part of the property. Also our room plus other areas of the hotel smell moldy and wet.

Pros: The family suite was amazing, the 3 bedrooms were large and more than spacious for our big family. There was tons of closet space and full kitchen and washer and dryer in the suite....it was a big family's dream hotel room!

Cons: The pull out bed in the living room, the linens had not been changed on it and we had to pull off dirty sheets with crumbs on them. The 3rd bedroom does not have a tv. The air also does not circulate well in the bedrooms, so fans should be available to the guests.

Cons: It's impossible to reach them by phone. The whole experience was devoid of personal interaction. And it was frustrating too because I had to change the reservation and there's literally no number to call. They evidently got bought out by a bigger vacation rental property or something. And it's a good 15 to 20 minutes drive on windy roads to get to Branson or anywhere.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The room was fine once we got our second room. The mini golf was nice. The staff were kind.

Cons: The ac was broken in the first room we got so we had to wait 30 minutes for a new room. We booked this hotel for the sole reason of the water slide pool as seen in photos on google. Were told at check in the hotel no longer has access to that pool. Had I known that, we would have stayed elsewhere. Not much shade by the kids playground. Wish breakfast was complementary. Also, could use an actual coffee shop. Would have liked to receive a discount due to the pool situation. The photos of the water slide should be removed as that is misleading. We stayed here summer 2022 and loved the water slide.

Cons: The splash splashatorium & heated indoor/outdoor pool was our main reason for coming back , and they no longer have rights to that. Probably will book elsewhere with our kid since why we booked several times in past was cuz a $100-ish hotel with this activity
