Overall the stay was magnificent!

Pros: I loved the resort/apartment look. Very comfortable and relaxing. Waking up to see the lake out front was even better. So much space for the family. The washer & dryer was a major plus. Tons to do on the campus for FREE! I will definitely be back!

Cons: I didn’t like that the laundry area closed so early, therefore we weren’t able to exchange our dirty towels the last night. The staff at the front desk, I realized how nice she was to a man in front of me that was checking in late , so was I. She offered him coupons and free things, but once I got to the counter, my encounter with her was very rushed off. I did feel offended because I’m paying my hard earned money to stay here just as anyone else!

We will definitely be back,...

Pros: We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a view of the lake and it was great. The suite was clean and roomy. We wish we could have stayed longer. We plan on bringing our kids next time.

Cons: When we checked in we were guided to speak with concierge which set us up to listen to their membership program which at first seemed like a timeshare but we went and listened to what they had to offer and its a great program just not for us.

Cons: The staff needs to be more professional with guest and with problem solving skills. There is no sound proofing and at 3 in the morning people stomping on the floor and moving what sounded like the furniture sucked. Of course the raunchy smell of weed was terrible. When you check out there was no questions, no thank you for staying with us or nothing. I’m seemed more like we bothered them basically the impression I got is, you can leave now. There were 4 employees I wish I had gotten their names that were wonderful.

Cons: We went there to have a relaxing time for our anniversary but there was a family, with several children, placed right above us and we had to listen to constant pounding of feet at all hours, it was very disturbing.

Pros: We like the amenities on the property. The lake was right there. There is alot to do. Instead of a pull out couch they have a Murphy bed. That was great! It is close to Silver Dollar City which is where we spent our day. The shuttle was a bonus!! We loved being picked up at our condo and delivered at the gate .The staff were nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: The store could have a few more basic needs groceries. You could hear the people above you running around. Need more parking for larger vehichles.
