    Pros: Location.
    Cons: No A/C. No cleaning service. You need to get your own towels and ice from a maintenance area. Very challenging to get any staff to help with your issues. Our patio had four dining chairs and three of the four chairs were broken. Our refrigerator had no ice upon arrival. We turned on the ice maker, but got no more than 10 cubes in a full day. When I asked where I could get ice, I was told that ice was only available from 9-5, even though the ice machine is available all day. Despite this hotel offering a AAA discount, the hotel staff would not honor the discount offer, even though I have a AAA membership. I went to the hotel office three afternoons in a row to speak to the manager about this pricing discrepancy and the manger was never there. I've tried multiple times following up with hotel staff to help with my issue and no one gets back to me.

    Pros: Main bedroom comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and lotion etc. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Large unit, so room for 4 adults to move around.
    Cons: Kitchen very dated....fridge in rough shape. Sofa bed for second adult couple very poor and uncomfortable with little bedding. No bbq utensils in unit or near bbq pit area. No view but a parking lot and trees behind and location in complex unexciting. Very poor value for money in comparison with other vacation properties.

    Pros: The grounds were amazing, condo was extremely clean, staff were all friendly, the pool is awesome, and the view to watch the sunset is beautiful.
    Cons: You do need to be careful about leaving any food out as we had ants coming in.

    Pros: Very relaxed timeshare condo stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Free beach chairs and cooler. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. It was easy to find parking. Very quiet on the grounds, and much more laid back than a big resort. The view from the lawn was also beautiful to watch the sunset. Perfect location for exploring the north shore, and very close to Hanalei.
    Cons: The kitchen could be updated and cleaned a bit more. We had to wipe down and deep clean our own coffee maker because it was weirdly sticky. There were also ants hanging around on the counters.

    Not enough bang for my buck.

    Pros: Beautiful view and the pool was fun. The condo was huge. Staff was very accommodating!
    Cons: It looks like the pictures, but dingy. No AC, rust on appliances, pillows were hard and crunchy (asked for new ones of course). The location was rough with little to no places to eat without driving. A food truck did come once. All in all, just a little disappointed in the fact that we paid a high price for a beautiful view and got less than that.

    Cool but pricey

    Pros: The view is amazing and the property has a cool community atmosphere, hosting socials for people to mingle in common areas.
    Cons: It says ocean view but its not guaranteed. We paid extra for a birthday trip and splurged on the ocean view and when we got there we werent anywhere near the view. Our balcony overlooked the lot we parked in.

    I cannot say enough positive things about the staff members; they were truly amazing.

    Pros: I was blown away at how extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating the staff members were. They truly went out of their way and worked overtime to help us with our stay. I appreciate them dearly. The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and very large.
