No air conditioning, very hot, problems with windows and screens, possible that rain will come in.

Pros: Just a beautiful view, but do not have much good to say.

Cons: No air conditioning and very hot even in October. Shabby set up, even though the furnishings look good, there is a problem with the windows. Since there is no AC, you will want the windows open for cooling. However if there is high winds or a storm, like we did get, it will blow out the windows screens and possibly blow rain inside. There are 3 levels in the unit. downstairs is a kitchen, living room and porch with a great view of mountains and ocean; the second level has 2 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms had a shoddy window repair made with plexus glass, that blew open with each wind gust. The third floor is a loft with 3 single beds, great for kids. We looked at the loft when we came in and never went up there again. Two days latter a storm came; it blew out the screens in the ocean side bedroom on 2nd floor; we then realized that water was dripping down the walls and staircase from the third floor. Found out that the windows were left wide open from before we arrived. It soaked 2 of the beds, the carpeted floor. At 5 in the morning we were busy closing the third floor windows as rain blew in on us and we had to strip the beds, wipe up all the water on the walls and stairs. One last thing there is two flights of stairs up to the unit with no elevators.

Cons: Was not advised (at all) unit was up 2 flights of stairs & had no a/c. After booking I was advised the washer was broke & the balcony was boarded off because of structural problems.

Pros: Good location, quite area and hotel, just some minutes away from poipu beach or Shipwreck beach. The apartment is really big and easy to bring kids.

Cons: The apartment we were in is old and not renovate for a very long time (10-20 years). The price is high for a apartment not beeing renovated and this standard. They had issues with railings when we were there and some apartments could not use the balcony which was very sad.

I had a really nice and relaxing stay.

Pros: I loved the space and how all my kids and family can have their separate room. the view was nice and everything was clean and comfortable.

Cons: one of the showers in the bedrooms didnt work. also I wasnt informed on how to get my key to get into the property on the first day. I thought there would be a office to check in and there wasnt. I wish I would have known ahead of time because by the time I got there I had to wait around for about an hour to hear back from someone on how to get my key.

Cons: The place was very dated with a lot of deficiencies. The pictures on internet are not of the unit we rented. Wouldnt let us have late checkout despite us asking in advance. And despite Covid 19 issue. Wanted us to book another night to secure late checkout. Crazy.

Cons: Pool was a little too cold for February but hot tub was exceptionally hot! Deck screens and doors were difficult to open> understandable due to the salty breeze.

Cons: The complex was ok, but our unit #2204 is in need of major renovations. Would not stay there again.

Pros: We were very disappointed in the first unit we were given. It was nothing like the pictures or add. I called the management and was given another unit very quickly. The second unit was closer to the posting but still not there. Posting said ocean front, while we could see the ocean it was not ocean front. Bedrooms were not as pictured. They were set up for a family not 2 couples. Twin beds in the second room. Also no air conditioning as in the posting. I would go back, but would make sure to get a guarantee of unit number and unit amenities.

Cons: Unit was misrepresented, had to ask to be moved, no air conditioning. Appliances were old and rusted. It did have all new flooring and the beds were nice and had nice bedding.
