You get what you pay for...

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast had a huge variety but it does get busy from 9am so if you want to avoid queuing for stuff try go from 8am. I'm not really into hotel entertainment but there was something on every night. If you want a quiet room, request a room not facing the pool as it can be quite loud. Location is 5min walk to centre of Los Cristinos for bars and restaurants. About 15euros to Veronica's "party strip" reception can call cabs for you to pick up at hotel. There's a mini supermarket literally across the road for supplies and the Sunday Market is 3mins walk, go early take a fan it gets really hot!

Cons: I had a leak in my room, and I had to really push to get my room changed with reception, but luckily the manager stepped in and sorted it. The pool sunbeds were laid out but never stacked away, so the floor never got a good scrub, and then there were too many beds left out empty. Not enough bar staff on the pool bar, always a really long slow queue for drinks for the guests, not on "all inclusive". No AC in rooms, but you can hire fans or cooling units!

Cons: I would advise no one to book here. The photos on booking.com were extremely deceiving. There was no air conditioning and no even fans in most rooms. The rooms were old and falling apart, our shower in particular broke the second I tried to use it. There was also no fridge which was in most images online. When I asked about the fridge they told me I could rent one at a cost. They literally roll fridges around the hotel to rent out from room to room absolutely awful they also said you can rent an aircon unit for 90+ a week. It was absolutely horrible just trying to sleep at night in that heat with a fan that barely worked awful rooms for the cost altogether. The food was also dreadful so would not advise anyone to stay here Im sure there are much better places with cleaner and better facilities around Tenerife for better value.

Cons: The bed was to hard, out side the room's facing the car park was so noisy in the morning with delivery vans, so I would advise over looking the pool.

Pros: We found the staff on reception really friendly. We arrived early and they checked us in early as there was a room available. We also found the staff in the hotel friendly too. The food is in line with other sol hotels- lots of choice and good quality. We stayed half board and then upgraded to include drinks with dinner. This was worth doing as the drinks are normally not free with half board and they can be expensive - standard. The wine wasnt great but the beer and sangria was fine. People seemed to complain that half bird didnt include drinks- which is standard everywhere. Some people thought that they could just help themselves and the staff had a time policing this- felt for them. Food good, location good, hotel needs updating but it was a good stay.

Cons: We were on the ground floor with a terrace. U fortunately, cigarettes butts and sweet wrappers were dropped onto the terrace from upstairs. Quiet a few groups of young people here for drinks- so be ready for some noise. Cockroaches did seem to be an issue in the bathroom.
