Very bad hotel, who needs renovation immediately!

Pros: Very good location, near the beach.

Cons: We stayed here for 2 weeks. First of all we saw a cockroach in the sandwich in the snack bar, went to a manager, but he didnt do anything about it. After that we were avoiding going to the dinner and lunch. Later that evening we saw a cockroach in the lobby. Very poor breakfast choice. Rooms are very old and nasty, theres nowhere to charge your devices near the bed, we had only two power sockets in the room. Bathrooms are very nasty and should be renovated. There was a lot of noise in the night from the main street, but it was OK, because we knew that hotel is in the centre of club street. We had all inclusive, but the bar was pouring drinks for us to a paper glass (sometimes they gave us plastic ones), which changed the taste of our drinks. When we asked for plastic ones, pool bar staff rudely said NO. Even if you have all inclusive, you have to pay for safe and for towels. Wifi isnt working right, there was a lot of days when there was no wifi connection.

Pros: Excellent location in a good beachfront hotel. Right next to the Veronica's strip. Comfortable room with large bathroom, fridge, large wardrobe and safe (fee).

Cons: Air conditioning could be a bit better in the room.

Cons: The rooms are extremely dated and very basic. Calling themselves a 4* hotel is ridiculous. We were told by hotel reception that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and did not go cold. They said people rent fans from a nearby business. To use the safe we had to pay 1.50 a day for the key. Entertainment on the hotel grounds was so noisy that it sounded as though it was in your room with you. You were unable to charge anything to your room. There were never any sun beds available as too few for the amount of guests.

Pros: Like the location close to the seaside, food was good, room on block B was not too much disturb by the parties going on on left side. 3/5 evning Entertainments were good love rock band and acrobatics. 10 30 exersises was really good too

Cons: In area there is lots of drug sellers who can be annoying especially if u been asked multiple times if you want to buy any.
