Great place to stay

Pros: We were there for our honeymoon for 5 days. They upgraded us to a bigger room and greeted us with beautiful decorations The staff were super helpful and kind.

Cons: We had a LOT of mosquitoes in the room when we arrived, but the staff took care of it fast.

Nice hotel, but horrible sunbed policy.

Pros: The beach is beautiful. Protected to swim and clean. The pools are in a good state. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are reasonably modern. The beds were a bit hard, but the staff put a double topper on them, so we slept well.

Cons: The towel laying to reserve your bed is ridiculous here. The hotel says there is a policy to remove towels that are laid before 10am, but in a full week there, I didnt observe this even once. By the time we go to breakfast at 9, all of the beds are reserved by people putting their towels on them. Often as early as 6am! Nobody on the beds, but all are taken. I would not go to this hotel again, because of this ridiculous situation.

Nice frontbeach property with all comfort

Pros: Nice resort, well located. Nearby the city but not in the noisy downtown. Beach front. Great breakfast, services and amenities. Excellent staff, from the housekeepers to the receptionists.

Cons: Not enough deckchairs for everyone on the beach front. Manu people reserve their deckchairs in the early morning (since 7 am ...) for the day, leaving a book or a towel. As a result, there's no chiars left for those who don't cheat.

Not what we hoped for, for a 4* TUI Blue. Disappointing.

Pros: Staff very good, very friendly and polite.

Cons: Sunbed situation was a disaster. The hotel policy is to not reserve with towels BUT if you go down after 7:00am nothing is left or very few with no shade. This was a problem every day and frankly ruined our time at this hotel. The flies on the fresh fruit for breakfast put me off having any fruit. Bread and toast were good.

Lovely place, with caveats.

Pros: Lovely, adult only, resort. It's in a good location and is well maintained. Lovely staff and wild monitor lizards wander throughout the grounds.

Cons: Only 2 issues bothered us. The first was the sun lounger availability. The resort have a written policy regarding the policing of reserved loungers where people put a towel on them early in the morning, and then wander off on a day trip or whatever knowing that they have a lounger when they return. Unfair and disrespectful of the other guests. If the resort adhered to their own policy and removed towels and goods from Loungers that are unattended after an hour, the problem would alleviate hugely. In the meantime, the considerate guests are placed at a disadvantage. Our recommendation has to be to ignore the policy, as the resort clearly does. The second issue is the ants. Lots of them.

Pros: Amazing and extremely kind Staff. Breakfast was awesome, rooms were very clean and spacious. Just a 10 mins walk from the city center. Room service was very efficient. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Pros: Really nice and relaxing quite and cosy. No kids, excellent. Breakfast was good but lack barista coffee, instead they have the machine which is not the best.
