Cons: The amount of food, the amount of alcohol served in front of children, the reserved restaurants werent as fine riding. Experience as expected. Still felt like I was ine of the masses. Food wasnt any fresher than then the buffet. The serves were excellent except for the steak house. Those servers were stressed , three or food down and didnt look into the special meal that I had talked to thr chef earlier about preparing for our take. We caught our own fish and they were preparing it special for us. It was never served.

Pros: I loved how close it was to the beach.

Cons: The room just stayed in smelled like mildew the entire time, and when we looked, we noticed the inside of the sofa had mildew on it. We wiped it down as best as we could with our Lysol wipes, and we advised the front desk that it smelled like mildew. But whatever, if we smelled it Im sure they smell it as well. Also the shower still had hair in it. And something bit us up like crazy. I know there are all kinds of bugs, so we didnt think much of it. But the amount of bites we received, only at night, is unsettling.

Pros: Breakfast was WONDERFUL & AMAZING!!! The Jerk Hut was FANTASTIC. Rum Punch became my favorite drink. Dinner was nothing but the BEST!

Cons: The Bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Need more light in the bathroom, but everything else was MAGNIFICENT!!!

Pros: Issues at check-in. Information made on Booking.com did not match the information at the hotel. Their was one child booked in a room with 2 adults, but the information the hotel did include her. Even though we paid for 10 adults and a child, we had to pay again at the property for the child 6 were told we should contact bookings to query the payment. The issue was poorly dealt with by the staff at reception.

Cons: Customer service at check-in was poor. Too many persons on the beach peddling.

Pros: Nice property and friendly staff. The beach located on the property was amazing: clean and beautiful blue water. Check-in and check-out was nice. Plenty of bars and never had to wait long for a drink. The Jerk Hut on the property was really good for an all-inclusive.

Cons: I was not a fan of the food options that came with the all inclusive. We didnt get a chance to eat at one of the restaurants that requires reservations but the buffet and room service were lackluster. My party and I loaded up on the Jerk Hut when it was open during the day because we didnt enjoy the food elsewhere.

Overall,my stay was enjoyable and I definitely would return again.

Pros: I loved the staff,they were very accommodating and friendly.I loved the nightly entertainment,the cleanliness and the food was fresh.

Cons: The spraying of pesticide while patrons were on the property as opposed to late at night or early morning.Also,probably due to the quick turnover of food,some of the entrees were a little greasy for my liking.

Pros: The staff and the location was great. Rooms were clean and they were comfortable. Like the amenities of the resort. Check in and check out what's very easy.

Cons: They do not have an ATM on the resort premises I thought that was kind of weird. They will switch out your money to Jamaican denomination for you at the front desk though. They don't carry a large selection of authentic Jamaican food.

Pros: The proximity to and cleanliness of the beach. Approachable friendly staff.

Cons: We had an item stolen from our room. It was promoted as adult only and wasnt. The television broke multiple times. The app didnt work so we had to approach the desk 3 seperate times to try to resolve and ensure we got dinner reservations meaning we had to change plans to stay on site during shift changes. The food was poor in two of the restaurants we dined in. There was no bottled water available one day. There was no medication on site for a tummy bug or any additional accomodations. Others we knew also got a tummy bug while there so it may have been the food or water. Our coffee machine didnt work. The bingo entertainment didnt work and entertainment was average. The white party was cancelled despite the weather not being too bad and the replacement effort was disappointing. We were not advised we could use the other RIU and there is no shuttle to and from. The only 24 hour bar was more like a cafe. The on site shop was way overpriced as were laundry services. The lounges often had bird faeces on them. There is limited water sports equipment and despite being told its on a first serve basis we were slipped twice and had to return three times just to get a paddle board. Our bed sheets were stained. The stopper in the sink didnt work. We requested a late check out which couldnt be granted and were messaged on the app we already advised wasnt working to say availability changed but it was too late. We were told we could still use facilities and were then approached and questioned twice by security making us feel pretty uncomfortable. All in all pretty disappointing and wouldnt recommend it return unless some effort through reimbursement or discount was made to us.

Setting was beautiful, rooms were riddled with issues.

Pros: The grounds were gorgeous and the rooms were clean with big beautiful balconies. Certain people were great, Judith at the beach, the woman that does the omelettes, the luggage carrier was also so wonderful with all those stairs.

Cons: The rooms had many many problems (both rooms), maintenance was great but it was frustrating to constantly call. The rooms are small and not super comfortable. The food was not great and the restaurants were tiny so they were all booked when we got in. When we got into a restaurant after a cancellation the food portions were not sufficient and they did not allow a second serving. The service was hit or miss, mostly miss.
