Pros: The Breakfast was OK. There was a buffet as well as an option to order something, which was nice. Location was nice right at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night and it was tasty. overall a good stay.

Cons: Overall all was well. I am a very picky traveler and this is just my personal opinion as there are a few minor things that I think could be improved. The soap holder in the shower at the push button was not clean. I did not like the mat in front of the shower. It a rubber mat that can't be washed. I prefer fabric mats that can be washed as I find it more hygienic. The TV was mounted to the wall with a holder that did not move and when on the bed makes it difficult to watch. In the mornings at around 8 am it got noisy at times when the housekeeping or other workers pull around their carts outside. I'm up at this time anyway but if guests like to sleep in it definitely wakes everyone up.

Perfect vacation!

Pros: Loved the breakfast! The staff was outstanding from the people who checked us in to housekeeping especially Joy! We enjoyed our room and its location the beach was outstanding our seats and umbrella were set up every day waiting for us! We loved it so much, we booked a longer trip for next year!

Cons: Other than breakfast, the restaurant food was just okay. I would have loved a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, the place was amazing!

A Gem of a Place, right on the beach

Pros: Breakfast was typical Jamaican fare, which was exactly what I was looking for. Every morning I looked for callaloo and every morning it was available. I have been to Tree House twice before, and enjoy it every time. The hotel is showing its age but only slightly. It is clean and well kept. Housekeeping staff are thorough.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I did not like. As stated above, I have stayed there before, so I can see its age, but nothing at all was out of place or wrong of defective.

We love our stay at Treehouse but his Christmas Day our dinner was a disappointment

Pros: We seemed to luck out with a brand new bathroom.that was exceptional.

Cons: We were very disappointed with our Christmas dinner from the regular menu.It seems there was a large party in on Christmas Day as well as the Christmas menu offered.we chose to order from the main menu but were very disappointed in our Lobster dinner .tough and chewy lobster meat.i think more attention was paid to the large group that was in and for those who ordered the special Christmas dinner package..we have had Christmas dinner of lobster 3 years in a row.this was a great disappointment.

Great location and really good value for money

Pros: Really good location, food was really good, rooms big and spacious, for the price really good value. Didnt use internet so next time will test out whether can work from there. Staff were all really friendly and cocktails and lobster were great. Will stay again.

Cons: Only couple minor things, shower really wasnt very powerful, and mattress was pretty hard but maybe as was standard rooms and my preference is softer mattress, so will try a higher level room next time.
