Hotel with wonderful rooms but nothing more.

Pros: Very spacious and beautiful room with complete and nice furniture. Good desk for working. Bathroom very big and comfortable too. The international breakfast (too expensive) was very good and complete, apart from coffee and cappuccino really really poor.

Cons: My bed had the worst pillows I ever used! Thick and inflated like car tires. I asked for something more slim and they gave me, rather than a pillow, an old rag to wash on the floor. The air conditioner was too difficult (or maybe impossible) to set, so during the night the room temperature was too high and it was impossible to sleep under the heavy cover of the bed. I never slept so badly in a hotel in all my life. And it is a 5-star hotel guys. During my stay, I had to work a lot on my laptop but in the lobby or on the floors used for guest services, there were no spaces and tables to use. I had to spend all the time at the desk in my room. Finally, in the lobby, there wasn't even a small bar where you could have a quick breakfast (like cappuccino and brioche), have a coffee, or drink something to spend 10 minutes with someone else.

Cons: NO TELEPHONE WORKING, NO GOOD ENGLISH TO COMMUNICATE, VERY BAD LOCATION, THEY DIDN'T SERV ALCHOOL ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY SAID IT IS A MUSLIM HOTEL, IT WAS TOO FAR AWAY OF EVERYTHING, AND THE HOTEL WAS FULL OF IMIGRANTS ARABS MAINLY BECAUSE THEY USE IT AS RESIDENCE FOR DERMACOLOGIST HAIR IMPLANTING CLINIC NEAR BY, I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE EXCEPT IF HE IS GOING TO STAY BECAUSE OF MEDICAL REASONS

Impressive building, fake photos and poor services

Pros: It was closed to my business meetings. Building used to be impressive, but no longer. Restaurant was ok, but full of migrants or tourists for one night. I received upgrade with asking for it.

Cons: Neighbourhood was scary, dirty and abandoned. Ants in the room. Swimming pool was small and dark and only the manager of staff speaking English. It took 20 minutes to get the invoice.

Pros: Welcoming stuff, specially the front desk manager Miral. She met us with such incredible hospitality and was always ready to help. She made our stay such a wonderful one. The food has gotten even better since that last time we were there as well.
