    A worst experience with the hotel

    Cons: The just happened to move us out of the hotel in night without providing proper accommodation saying local authorities have asked us to do that. Worst part was that we were left with no hotel in night

    Pros: The hotel is in the centre of via Toledo, close to the metro line 1(Yellow line). The room was comfortable, with a large space. The staff is super kind, from when we arrived to the day of departure. Pay attention to the little sign on the big door out of the historical palace

    The hotel is nice and really close to everything, the staff is very kind and helpful.

    Pros: Good location in the middle of the city center
    Cons: The bathroom was designed for people in wheelchairs, so it was not very comfortable to use in a normal way. Also, the toilet tank was not really water efficient and its refilling was noisy and took a lot of time after use.

    Pros: Staff were helpful, our room card stopped working and they changed it right away with a working one. No problem. Aircon was working perfectly and quiet. Clean room, large space. Perfect location.
    Cons: Hard to find but so obvious when you see it. Large green door just down from Lush store, intercom on right side of door.
