Absolute joke of a hotel, makes faulty towers look like the Ritz

Cons: Ha ha ha where do begin! Rooms not ready even though we arrived at 5. Shower did not work, roof above bed leaked (brown water!?)Staff smoke in the hotel, mould , fridges turned off and doors shut so full of mouldy smell. Bathroom dark and dank, toilet didnt flush properly You can literally walk off with the safe its not fixed! Apart from that the old guy at the desk was very nice but couldnt really help with much ( even though he chain smoked all hrs of the day and added to the odious aroma of the place

A night stop over on the way to Ischia.

Pros: The owner was lovely - seemed to be work all day and night. Beds were comfy and room was large. Only 10 mins from the ferry port on foot.

Cons: Bathroom looked a little worn and shower curtain needed replacing. Was a bit concerned reading some reviews saying it was difficult to find particularly as we were arriving at midnight. Cups in the room but no tea coffee or water.

Pros: Our host, Mr Alfonso! He is more than great person. He help us with all the info we need, he was kind and help us with some laundry and every day they clean the room! Great location, exactly next to the Metro station University, busses....... AC was great, since outside it was very hot.

Cons: The owner could improve a little bit the rooms. They're old style , nice tall rooftop, but I guess there was long time since they paint and fix the issue with some mold. I'm just talking about my room, not the rest of the rooms. Probably it was only my room, since we've asked a bigger room for 3, with 3 beds. Overall, it is a 2 stars hotel, we cannot expect luxury.

Earliest check in ever.

Pros: We needed the room for a day, during which we had a connection flight. We were happy to see that early check in was available even from 8'o clock in the morning. The hotel occupies a floor in a an old building just ten minutes walking from the very heart of Naples. Easy access, friendly staff, basic facilities, value for money.

It was a great stay overall and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and our stay.

Pros: The hotel is conveiently located. There was air con, large bathroom and room services daily. Plain and simple but just what was needed for hot days. Owner was always happy to help.

Cons: There needs to be more electrical plug outlets. New towels need to be provided rather than just drying the old ones. New sheets would be appreciated a bit more often rather than every 4 days or so. Cleaning services need to be improved rather than using existing towels to wipe down basins.

Pros: The location was good.

Cons: The pictures are very different from reality. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and somthing was dameged there so we could hear very annoying sound coming from the bathroom whole the night.

Pros: Very close to the metro and downtown. The hotel room was clean and decent. Good air conditioning . The staff is nice too.

Great location, spacious room, good value

Pros: The location was great, right near the metro, walking distance to the port and surrounded by heaps of restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The room was very spacious and had a kettle, mugs and a mini fridge which was handy for simple breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day.

Cons: Getting inside before checking in was a bit tricky, we had to wait for someone to go inside who was willing to let us in, once we had a key it was fine. There probably needs to be information about how to get in without a key. Also the shower head needs replacing, but the water was hot and we made it work :)
