Pros: Nice reception area. Easy check in and pleasant staff. All staff were friendly. Plenty of choice at mealtimes. Easy for transfers to Mahn and the airport via local bus (stop opposite hotel). Nice and clean although you need to ask for sheets to be changed if you have a longer stay. Kettle in the room as requested Mini fridge very useful.

Cons: View was of block opposite and very close! (I could hear other guests having sex!!!!!) Room was very small. Twin beds (I was travelling alone). Would have been very cramped for two people and very little space nowhere to store larger suitcases. I had no duvet/bed cover on the first night and I was freezing. Had to request from reception the next day. Duvet provided had no cover! Dont know if this is normal! I became sick on the first day and called for the hotel doctor. This was organised very quickly which was appreciated. However, the dr arrived with no maskdid not mention Covid (prevalent at this time)..and had very poor English, which I found odd in a hotel with a large amount of UK guests. He was very inefficientfumbling around in his bag for ages..trying to find things as though it was someone elses medical kit. This didnt inspire confidence. He failed to ask me if I had any allergies or pre-existing conditions. Perhaps this was because of his poor Englishalthough most conditions are easily understood in other languages. He incorrectly diagnosed my symptoms, gave me an injection and wrote me a prescription. I am a nurse and to be frank..I was horrified that the hotel used a Dr who practices in this way. It is dangerous to administer medication to someone with no knowledge of known allergies or medical history. Luckily, I have none of either. He managed to convey that he would return the next day to review me (and charge another fee)! On reflection at what had occurred , I cancelled the appointment and managed to contact the Dr whose surgery happens to be directly opposite the hotel. Dr Esteban A Biki. This dr is very experienced (works in ITU)..has a decent command of English and gave me a thorough examination. He gave me a diagnosis that was much more accurate and was concerned that I had been diagnosed with tonsillitis when I have no tonsils!!!! He is easily contactabletakes his time and has a great sense of humour!

Fabulous place to stay in Puerto Prima.

Pros: Everything was so professional from the reception staff to the leisure team,the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. Everyone played their part in making this an excellent holiday destination. The bar was very efficient with very friendly staff with lots of space to chill out The restaurant provided a very good quality and varied food for all tastes.

Cons: The cocktails in the bar were a bit hit and miss,the first couple of days they were individually made but after that they were poured straight from a container and weren't very nice. The hotel use like golf buggy vehicles to service the laundry supplies to each block but these emit a sound when being reversed not unlike a fire alarm which can be very annoying, especially early in the morning. I know it is a health and safety thing but perhaps the volume could be brought down

Pros: Location was excellent. The accommodation blocks well presented, and quiet at night. Air conditioning very effective. Large bed, though hard mattress and hard pillows. Restaurant was well served and the food was excellent and varied. Serving staff were hurried but pleasant. The pool area was clean.

Cons: Ok, the rooms were small and congested. The glass screening around the shower not great because for those toilet visits in the night, the light would disrupt partners sleep. Apparently this is a standard feature across the hotel chain. I wouldnt stay again if that were true. Good that there was a fridge, but would have expected tea making facilities. The mattress had a topper. This normally indicates that the main mattress has seen better days. It was hard and lumpy, as were the pillows. The quilt and top sheet were poor. Glad I brought my own pillow. The meals were very good and worth the AI investment. Regarding beverage, it seems foreign hotels never cater well for British tea drinkers. Coffee is bountiful and obviously a popular choice, but the tea selections are way too varied!!! Most English drink Breakfast black tea, not all the other flavours offered up. Every time I went to get a tea bag of black tea the tiny compartment was empty and I ended up asking time and time again. The local beer was pretty poor tbh, and tasted watered down. Virtually alcohol free and a disappointment. The other inclusive alcoholic drinks were more satisfying. The sun beds were dirty. Clearly very old and in need of replacing. The entertainment? Ive seen better, but overall it scraped over the line. The Me Happy brigade of entertainment reps observationally tended to gravitate towards the Spanish, French and Italian groups, not the British. I dont really know why and we felt slightly excluded. One of them was particularlyoff with us when we tried conversation- on the other hand, we had one good experience that was memorable also- swings and roundabouts.

Pros: Love the location and the family facilities, the animation team are amazing.

Cons: Some of the staff in the dining area were quite dismissive of us with small children. We felt quite uncomfortable a couple of times as one of the waitresses looked annoyed with us.

Pleasant week in Menorca!

Pros: The hotel itself is really lovely and modern. The pool areas and leisure facilities are very clean and well maintained. The meal buffets have plenty of choice and options and good value. The reps from the animation teams and the front of house staff are very friendly as well. Location is excellent, approx 25 in a taxi from the airport and a bus stop outside to Ma. Pleasant walk to Binibeca and the surrounding areas.

Cons: The rooms unfortunately don't reflect the cleanliness and standards of the rest of the hotel. On arrival our toilet was filthy and the floors hadn't been swept and cleaned as there was hair and left over stuff on the floor. The shower head needs to be cleaned as a few must be blocked and spray little and everywhere soaking the bathroom. We did complain and someone eventually cleaned the toilet but it took 4 days before the floors were swept and cleaned. The fridge in the room was also filthy. Overall the rooms need a bit of TLC and a good clean. I also noticed responses to reviews have been copied from chat GPT so I'm not sure how well they take onboard feedback..if the rooms had been clean this would have been a fabulous stay.

Lovely relaxing break away

Pros: Plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Food in the buffet changed daily, always easy to get a table.

Cons: Service and food in the snack bar wasn't good at all!

Pros: Its a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spaceous and kept clean. Towels changed daily.rooms are air conditioned and was welcome on hot days(28 degrees in sept). Hotel is close to the beach. There is a great selection of food at meal times. I had the halfboard option

Cons: You cant use the gym till after 8am , access should be given earlier. The reason given is it need to be cleaned but maybe clean each evening. Some staff are too quick to remove plates from table at meal times. I wasnt finished eating and my plate was whipped away as i read something on my phone. Being a solo traveller, i came back to my table to find my drink gone 3 times(ok it was only water but very frustating as i was not finished eating and had gone to get my next course)

Not a bad hotel but definitely not for couples as no adult only areas.

Pros: It was very busy and noisy but food was nice

Pros: Location was perfect! 2 min walk from the beach and restaurants. Although the choice of food at the hotel restaurant was pretty amazing! All the staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ignore the comments about them not being. The staff couldnt be anymore helpful! The family room was ideal. It was big, 2 bathrooms, dividing doors. Perfect!

Cons: Benign on the 3rd floor we didnt have a balcony that we could look over. We had a balcony, but it was a wall but railings so when sat down it wasnt much of a view. Next time Id request a lower room, pool view. There will be a next time ! Cant wait to return :)

Cons: The equipment are a bit outdated , we could not use the air conditioning in our room because of a very unpleasant smell (no air con under 40 degrees was not ideal). The restaurant is nice but very noisy and the food was not excellent. I found it expensive for that level.
