Cons: Parking wasn't straightforward. Checking in at a different location wasn't as easy as it could have been.

Pros: We booked the room as we had a late flight and needed somewhere to change and to use facilities during the day. I called before hand and explained the situation. I was told check in would normally be 2pm but they would try and have the room ready for midday seeing as we were not staying over the night. The hotel reception is in a separate building so you have to walk up the road with all your suitcases for key - which was not available so we were told to come back but could use the pool. So we walked all the way back to the pool - there is no bar just a vending machine and toilets. If you need a drink you have to bring your own from the supermarket. We went back to the hotel 3 times to see if our room was ready - eventually we were given the key by the cleaner who we had to walk around the complex to find at 4.30pm, we were leaving at 6pm. the room (502) had no air conditioning just a ceiling fan in the sitting room. The door was back out of the complex with the entrance on the road. 160 for 1.5 hours - not impressed at all!

Bed bugs and no communication

Pros: Really nice pool, nice location.

Cons: I got bitten by bedbugs all over my arms and legs, when I sent an email to the property a cousin le of days after my stay I still have had no response from them to fix the situation.

Great place for a getaway is Menorca

Pros: Neat, well maintained and great views. Recommended for a relaxed vacation. It is easy to get there by car.

Cons: The check in process was confusing as the reception is far from the hotel itself. It would be great if that is mentioned somewhere. Since it is an apartment that we booked, it would be good to have some basics like salt pepper tea and coffee. Also I don't see a point in having L shaped single beds in the living room. It would be great if we could have the freedom to separate and move them.

I spent a week here, and all I can say its a beautiful place

Pros: Its a beautiful place, calm, clean and near to everywhere, the pool a place to relax after getting to know the island

Wouldnt stay here again. Not worth the money we paid.

Pros: The pool was ok but not very big and didnt open until late in the morning.

Cons: We arrived late only to find out taxi dropped us off at the hotel but you then had to walk 15mins with all the luggage to check in at another hotel! The apartment also had a horrible smell. Luckily we were only staying 1 night.

Pros: Beautiful location, the apartment was perfect and the view was amazing! Loved everything about it and had everything we needed. Can't wait to return! Will definitely be our go to place when going menorca.

Very enjoyable, quiet and relaxed, we hope to visit again.

Pros: Pool quality and surroundings excellent. However it first appeared to be open to local residents, although inroads were later made to stop this by the staff. No problems with apartment. We hope to re book sometime.

Cons: A simple instruction sheet for the induction stove, microwave and oven air filter. The business of sending messages through Booking.com did not seem to work and it should be made clear which hotel one uses to book in and pick up the keys.

Pros: Some of the rooms have a nice view to the ocean! You had to pay extra for the breakfast, but the breakfast at the hotel was very nice! The hotel seems like a nice place to stay.

Cons: Getting the key to the apartments was a bit tricky, since you have to get it from the hotel, which is 5 minutes walk away. The pool is a bit small, and the surroundings are not very nice. The interior of the apartments is very plane and not very cozy, and the beds are quite uncomfortable.

Cons: Perhaps a kitchen more equipated and on the bathroom water goes out of the shower.
