    Pros: Nice smoking area. Vanessa was super friendly.

    Pros: Location
    Cons: 3.5 star?? Probably 2.5, hotel need urgent update, room need all new, mattress are very very old. Towels and sheet are very poor quality for price.

    Pros: When we checked in, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to get us checked in. She was thorough in letting us know the hotel policies and even recommended some nearby restaurants.
    Cons: We were told that our room would be cleaned on day 2 of our stay. It wasnt . There were dirty sheets on the bed. When I asked for clean sheets, the housekeeper gave me the sheets. She didnt offer to put them on the bed or anything. I had to call down to the front desk several times to get clean towels (there were only 2 in the bathroom when we checked in). The carpets in the room around the fridge were badly stained and there is no microwave in the room. The smoking areas were right next to the exit . My son and I have asthma so it made leaving and coming in quite a chore as there was ALWAYS smokers outside.

    Pros: The location was perfect, it was a little out dated. Could use a little cleaning. You can tell what it was formerly named, but it was still very nice in the bed was perfect, and everything was comfortable and cozy.

    Pros: After 12 hours water is comming by the flor in the restroom. We install some towels buy after 12 hours you have to install somme new towels. I Have 79 years and is the first time than I see that problem., Not good for my healt, and I have to be back at home becauseI Iam very sick..l You can call me at 819-571-1161

    Pros: Nothing. It was probably one of the worst places Ive ever stayed in.
    Cons: I didnt like one single thing. It was dirty. Wall acrug was disgusting ..tub water backed up as well as the sink. Bedding was disgusting

    Wonderful

    Pros: The location is great for the Seaworld/Universal visitors even with traffic delays being less than 20 minutes from either park's parking and numerous restaurants and Walgreens/CVS nearby in case you forgot something or need to pick up some minor first aid
    Cons: While I can agree that the hotel is mildly dated, it's not run down or extremely old. The parking is a little confusing with GPS as the GPS takes you to the check in loop that's where the old check in was but it's on the other side of the lobby now.

    Pros: It was close to Disney and shopping places.
    Cons: The room was old, the carpet was dirty, the towels were not clean or at least they didnt look clean and the pillows didnt smell clean. Instead of requesting new ones, I went to Walmart and bought new ones.

    Pros: The location is the only good thing going for this hotel.
    Cons: Room was extremely outdated. Carpet wasn't vacuumed the entire stay. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was poorly cleaned. Didn't leave extra toilet paper. Toilet didn't get cleaned. Shower was terrible. Very disappointing.
