Pros: Your staff was very friendly and complimentary breakfast was decent. We didn’t see any bugs.

Cons: When we got to our room, we could barely open our door. Inside we went to plug in our electronics and the outlets on the far side of the bed weren’t working. We could barely get the tv in the bedroom on and the more we tried to turn it on or change the channel, the more frustrated we got. Once we got into the bathroom, we couldn’t even close the bathroom door all the way without putting a shoulder into it. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bathtub was completely chipped around the faucet and we actually found a piece of the tub IN the toilet. One of us showered for only 5 minutes at 7pm, at 10am the next day, the tub was still full of water. Not just wet, but a legitimate layer of water in the tub. The sink faucet had no control. It was either full force or full force. After some real thought we believe the walls were made out of paper as our headboard was moving with the couple next door having sex at 2am. Yes, we BOTH woke up to our next door neighbors banging. We could hear every single thing that happened. Then the upstairs neighbor decided that at 230am they would like to start what we can only assume was a vigorous aerobic workout. Next, let’s talk about how the kid pool park never turns off so it sounds like constant pouring rain. Honestly wasn’t the most annoying part but does it need to dump buckets all night long? Next, where was the heads up that we were going to have to listen to a concert by the pool. We were dog tired and had to listen to not only the concert but people screaming and cheering for it. There was absolutely no peace. Finally, this morning on our check out day.. apparently they decided this was the best time to paint the concrete outside our door?!? We had to ASK to leave our room. We had to wait for someone to move the tape so we could get around it to leave. Honestly, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. I understand now why this was so cheap. It wasn’t even worth the amount I paid. I’m severely disappointed and it ruined my trip.

Pros: The food was excellent for breakfast only

Cons: The AC in the room date on the whole time it would not go off. You cut it off and it'll still be cold in the room. The showerwe get water all over the I almost failed getting out the shower The Ironing bored was so small. I couldn't even iro my clothes. I had to Iron them on the bed.

Pros: Pool and bar area nice for a drink and leisure although they should keep children out of the jacuzzi. The Happy Hour is amazing. Just please don't forget to tip the bartender!! Staff is working hard! Breakfast in very pleasant to start the day! Has all the breakfast food you would want and delightful omelette specialty cooks ready to take your order!

Cons: Paying for parking but I guess that normal now. It used to be free years ago. Kids in the jacuzzi. The gathering area past the lobby is a little sterile. Very business like. I really liked it when they used to have the plants and little stream in there. Probably too hard to take care of I imagine. Maybe add colors in that area.

Cons: What I did not like was we ended up in a room that was for a person that has disabilities and a smell that we did not like but because it was for one night we stayed without complaining about it, even though it was our 46th anniversary.

Cons: Room had a mildew smell, mold in the bathroom, towels felt like sandpaper. Saturday night drove around for 20 min trying to find a place to park, finally had to park in valet and I was charged for that
