Pros: The location was good as it was easy to get to either side of Kauai and it was near the airport. We have teenagers so 2 bedrooms, 2 baths was a must. The kitchen was also a priority as we like to prepare some meals. The refrigerator was great to have and it had an icemaker.

Cons: I partly rented this property as the info. claimed there was a beach that was a 4 min. walk, However, what the info. didn't include is it's not a swimmable beach where you can get in the water. It's too dangerous as there are riptides and currents. That was a bummer to find out when checking in. The property also didn't have a gym onsite which would have been nice. The kitchen was lacking a few items such as a cookie sheet, broiler pan and an additional skillet. There was only 1 skillet and no broiler pan or cookie sheet. The unit was outdated in terms of decor and furniture. The couch was not comfortable to sit on and was very old. A couple of the springs in the couch were sticking up and was just old. Luckily, we didn't need to spend a lot of time there so it was "fine" overall. There were pools and BBQ's with propane at a neighboring resort that we were able to use which was nice. My suggestion would be to get access to the gym at the neighboring resort too.

Pros: Grounds are kept up well, great staff, lots of room. Stay was amazing. AC kept the rooms cold.

Cons: Some things in the villa could be updated but not critical (outlets, door handles, cabinets, etc)

Pros: The location was great. staff very helpful and nice. The room clean. The rooms had everything we needed. Coffee and refill of water were excellent.

Cons: The Hot tub didn't work as well as we expected it. Had to walk to the other resort to use theirs. Not a big issue, but just a little inconvenience.

Basic resort with very impolite...

Pros: It’s close to the airport, very big bathroom

Cons: The staff is very rude, the don’t give you much information apart from saying that the island is full of homeless people that can steal from you-it’s not true-. A lady with a bun in the check in was particularly impolite and desagreeable .

Cons: The shower head was way too low for me. It seemed lower than most other places I've ever stayed.

Pros: Location was great, can't do much on foot, but we were looking to get away from the busy life.

Pros: I like that the property is pretty central for day exploring. I like the two bed, two bath condo with access to the resort pool and amenities.

Cons: It could be cleaner. It would be nice to have more eating options on campus. It is centrally located but not really close to anything.

Pros: Location was good. Access to next door facility

Cons: Room was slightly musty and dated. The chickens keep you awake all night. Using the other hotel’s facilities is fine but can’t charge food etc.

Nice stay at the resort.

Pros: Stay in beginning of November with parent. Good fully equiped appartment, with big kitchen (with induction). It was clean. Parking space was available (after payment). Even place to sit outside. On walking distance of the resort. Swimming pool of own resort or nearby resort could be both used. Just across the resort (10min walking) you have the sea.

Cons: After many request, the staff couldn't provide a late check-out, which was inconvenient. Also insects were quite annoying (in- and outside).
