    Cons: they took our money and closed the door. we waited 1 hour outside in the rain while nobody answered. long story short, it is a trap. they invented a lot of excuses and procesures to not refund.

    Pros: The hotel was centrally located and easy to find The underground parking was excellent The staff were very helpful...the rooms were comfortable and quiet ..it was a nice breakfast with good choices...
    Cons: The only little thing we noticed there was a cigarette smell around the corridors of bedrooms

    Whenever I come to work at Frankfurt, this is my preferred place to stay.

    Pros: Location is very convenient. Room is nice and clean. Average room's size and facilities are way better than many other places that I used to stay. Staff is very friendly.

    Excellent location, great facilities, and wonderful staff!

    Pros: Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Wonderful buffet breakfast too! And it's so handy that it's located just next to the S-Bahn station, which means you can reach the main train station in Frankfurt in less than 20 minutes. Last but not least, there are many bakeries, cafes, shops, and restaurants a stone throw away. I really enjoyed staying there and am sure I'll do so again!
