    Pros: We stayed one night for a morning flight. The location is good. Staffs are friendly and kind.
    Cons: The elevator was out of order, so we had to take the stairs and carry our suitcases. No electric kettle or other facilities, so one night is enough for a family with small children.

    Pros: Close to the train station. It did the job for 1 night, basics were provided.
    Cons: The location is pretty bad, I didn't feel safe going to the hotel at 9pm, loads of shady and homeless people around. There was a problem with my room, they issued me a card to an already occupied room, thankfully the guest was not inside as I entered the room. Then they gave me another room, where bathroom cleanliness was substandard and the sink was blocked. At this point it was almost 10pm and I didn't feel like going to the reception again and I doubt they even had the room availability to move me to another room. As I was checking out I was charged city tax and no receipt was issued. Why was I not charged on arrival when I paid for the room, I don't know. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

    Pros: Breakfast is excellent and the most cordial and friendly reception and dining room staff in Germany in my 23 years of extensive travel in Germany.
    Cons: Lift is slow. No drinking water in room, No hand lotion provided.

    Pros: the location is amazing
    Cons: Breakfast room was ok, Buffet was less than standard, the croissant tasted like carton paper, Room too small, the hause keeping don't knock before entering the room very unfriendly reception by the check in the hause keeping was slamming doors like if there were no one sleeping early in the morning
