    Good value hotel, downtown Cancun

    Pros: Sper central location for this downtown hotel. Restaurant on site; friendly helpful staff. Not touristic but close to restaurants/cafes and bus stops and convenience stores as needed. I have stayed here again and again and is a hidden gem in central CAN

    Pros: This was my first night in Mexico and first, I found the hotel a bit boring, but after having tried many other hotels in Mexico, I appreciate that things just worked here! It was quiet, had a good bed, and the shower was working fine.

    Pros: Close to Cancun City Centre
    Cons: staff very poorly prepared, I was sick and I asked the night before if I could check out the next day as late as possible because I wanted to stay in bed and rest, the night shift concierge agreed on letting me check out until 1pm however the day shift concierge were persistently denying it in a completely unprofessional manner, in addition the room was poorly cleaned on the day of check in with oil stains on the shower tray, I do not recommend this place.

    Pros: I booked this hotel for only 1 night after a long flight and before going to tulum. The only good thing is the location
    Cons: The build needs an extreme maintenance. The bathroom is terrible, the smell that releases while taking a shower is awful. Also i feel a little scammed because the photos doesnt match what i saw in person. Cancun have loads of options to choose better than this one.

    Very good value and large clean rooms ( no remote for the TV which was weird )

    Pros: Nice sized room and good location near the bus station
    Cons: When I arrived the two receptionists were more interested in a telephone call on loudspeaker joking and having fun than even acknowledging me. Once they did after at least 5 minutes they were extremely polite. Just a hello sir I'll be with you after this call is all it takes especially when it sounded like a personal call and both seemed to be wrapped up in it.

    Pros: The location is very close to the ADO bus station.
    Cons: 1- check in staff was not friendly , very dry and had no people skills. 2- room duty and smelly 3- bathroom.have a bad smell coming from the shower drain 3- our room was facing the major street and 24/7 noise from traffic 4- our room had an outside light by the window and always was shining due to the fact we were not able to close the window curtains all the way so the light was always shining to the beds. 5- The pool was nasty 6- The faucet and shower water had a fishy smell 7- not able to sleep for 2 nites due to traffic noise, window curtains couldn't be closed properly and the shining light at all times PLUS both nites we were able to hear people screaming, talking super loud from 11 pm to 4 am 8.- they don't even give free coffee neither the lobby or in our rooms. For the price at least provide free coffee
