Pros: Location is superbly central with a nice little square and some good bars and restaurants nearby. Very good aircon.

Cons: The general decor of the hotel is quite run down and old. Shame there is no bar or in room tea or coffee facilities.

Conveniently Located Hotel

Pros: Our roon was small and dark, but adequate. The air conditioning worked, but not too well. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently close to St. Mark's Square, and a Vaporetti stop, but it's on a side street, so relatively quiet.

Cons: The room was very small, and quite stuffy (we avoided opening the window because we were warned about mosquitoes)

Cons: The room was not clean. There was a bad smell and we could not open the window because of the insect problem. There were dusts in the room. We didnt like this experience in this hotel. We dont recommended anyone.

Great location, not great everything else

Pros: The location cant be beat. Youre right in the middle of Venice.

Cons: From the moment we arrived we were let down by a toilet that had to be fixed multiple times and still didnt work without running. The man who fixed it left a mess in our bathroom every time which was just grosss Plus, we had no hot water on our first morning, and the staff didnt seem to be surprised about any of it. The only blanket they give for the bed feels like its been used for 50 years, its so worn.

Pros: Location to St Marks Square The option for breakfast in the morning was nice and they stored our luggage so we could go exploring after we checked out. It is a few blocks from grand canal with a Vapporetto stop.

Cons: The rooms are incredibly small, the bed has 6 on one side and less on the other. We were aware this was an old building and had been advised the rooms were small so we werent surprised. It met our needs.

Pros: It's in a great location. Very charming, right down to the room key and fob. The bed as very comfortable, The bathrooms was nicely remodeled. Their roof top terrace is wonderful!

Cons: There's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage for up to four floors. Also, their "international" breakfast consists of cold cereal, cheese, cold cut meats, yogurt, various sweet cakes and croissants, etc.- nothing hot like eggs,sausage, bacon

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Venice. Whilst out exploring we would often pit stop back at the hotel due to its great location. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and bakeries near by.
