Beautiful old building, spacious rooms but no heating

Pros: Great old building, well preserved. Outside terrace is very quiet and beautiful, you can enjoy your cappuccino. Location is convenient, ita 7-8 mins walk from the LIDO water ferry stop, on a quaint little road.

Cons: Breakfast was not as amazing as expected for the price, i had to ask for soya milk and honey as they didnt offer these. Selection was not diverse in the savoury options. Also, rooms do not have heating which was inconvenient as we visited in October and the first 2 nights were cold (11-12 degrees Celcius). Also, the beds are not the most soft, so it was not the most comfortable sleep. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay. No major issues.

Terriblewould not advise to stay here

Pros: The location was good. But clearly the money is all spent on the foyer and not the upkeep of the rooms.

Cons: Booked a double room. Got there and I had 2 single beds pushed together which meant there was a gap down the middle. Asked to change to a room with a double bed/mattress. Was told a chambermaid would replace the mattress. Then received a call saying they had a different room for me when I returned for the day. Apparently this was the pent house suite. Terrible condition. Only washing conditions were a jacuzzi which didnt turn on, with a shower head which leaked everywhere, and a plug which didnt work. Complained again, and miraculously a normal double room was available. If you want to stay in a hotel with rooms dating back to 70s which poor maintenance then this is for you.

Tired and tatty. I wouldnt rate it as 4 stars.

Pros: Convenient location. Nice staff.

Cons: The rooms are very tatty, very old. The room was very dusty and not very clean. No kettle, just a small fridge and 2 drinking glasses. The bathroom was very worn with a shower over the bath. The bed had a join right down the middle and one of the sheets had a hole in it. Breakfast wasnt very nice. Very basic options which would be fine for 1 breakfast but not after 3. There seemed to be many sweet cakes. I wouldnt say it was 4 stars.

Ive never found a hotel value anywhere in Italy that is consistently pleasant and secure.

Pros: Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff is exceedingly professional and attentive. The beds are perfect, bathrooms spotless and the hotel is very quiet: Always the best part of any trip to Venice.

Cons: There was a smoker on one occasion who lit up at 5 am. His smoke, seeping through the wall or AC, woke me up.l

Hotel Biasutti is one of the most pleasant experience of my staying on Lido!

Pros: I like this Hotel and have been there alredy third time. The cute room was decorated in nice old European style, the bathroom was pretty large and having new furniture. The lady and other people on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. That time I think was one of the most pleasant experience of my staying on Lido. I'm dreaming to come back again...

Fair value, fairly nice hotel.

Pros: Great location; friendly staff. Hotel is a bit aged and classic room was a bit dated, grubby and bed not that comfortable, but it was perfectly fine. Not awful, not amazing, but perfectly fine. 2 mins to main restaurants and shops, 7 mins to the beach.

Cons: A bit dated and walls/curtains could do with a clean/spruce up.

Pros: Location was perfect to reach the city center and the room was comfortable and silent. We didn't tried the breakfast service but the terrace was extremely inviting.

Cons: The bed was not that comfortable and the bathroom was small and without any window or air system. The fridge was dirty and we found some food from the privious guests inside.
