Convenient for travelling with children

Pros: The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom outside the room so it was great with kids to put them to sleep and still be able to do something. I booked this hotel because the room was an apartment and it had a living room and kitchen separate from the bedroom which is very useful when travelling with children. The toilet in the bathroom has its own separate door, something important when travelling with a husband (if you know, you know).

Cons: There was no extra blanket in the room. We asked at reception and the receptionist didnt know where things were and gave us a duvet insert (without cover or sheets) and a mattress protector (?) for our son to cover himself at night. Personally I thought the mattress was too soft and the pillows way too high so my neck suffered from it. Luckily we were too tired to think much of it. Lastly, we thought the breakfast was not very good. The sausages and the pancakes were alright, the rest just bland or of low quality. It was free so it was better than nothing but I think every opportunity can be taken to surpass expectations. Maybe a few pastries and real eggs could make a difference. The pancake machine was cool though, I liked it.

Pros: Its hard to think of anything that we liked, we were disrespected right at the start. the attendant at the counter was very rude and disrespectful to my fianc. we truly did not enjoy anything about our stay.

Cons: We did not like anything, We had high standards after driving 8 hours that day, when we booked the room the pictures showed it was a new place and the price matched what we saw but then we got there and it felt like we were at an "INN" the front desk gentleman was rude...we walked up to the desk and she said we have a room booked and he answered back "WHAT?" every paper that we had to fill out he tossed it at us he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. then there was the room...I have pictures to add later. the beds are shot they are so low to the ground that you trip over the bed skirting, i did fall in the middle of the night and kinked my back, the tile in the bathroom is falling apart, the tub is stained black, carpet is stained and torn up, paint is all chipped off the wall by the bed lamps, the bed lamps are all bent, the shower curtain rod is barely hanging on, for how much we paid for the one night I was expecting top services. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I want our money back.
