I would definitely book again...

Pros: Location.. close to interstate and wasn’t far from venue we were attending.

Cons: No complaints , but wish the hot tub would of been working and the internet was down , but it did not effect us really.

Pros: The gentleman working the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very beautiful. The room was gorgeous, spotless clean. We were there b/c I'm a cancer patient and was having surgery the next morning. They were so kind and allowed my husband and son to do a late check out, so they had somewhere to comfortable to wait as my procedure was 7 hrs. They said the breakfast was delicious as well! we highly recommend.

Cons: Let’s start with the good things about the stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. But, after I got into my room, that was a different story. I booked through a third party (booking.com) and somehow booked a handicapped room. I understand that was my fault. I specifically looked for a room with a bathtub and I didn’t get that even though the description said it had one. I came down to try to upgrade or change rooms. I was told “I’m sorry, there isn’t anything I can do because it’s a 3rd party booking.” After going back up to the room and trying to take a shower, the water would only stay hot for maybe 30 seconds. The water pressure was almost non-existent. I went back downstairs and there is a picture in the elevator that said the Hilton Garden Promise: “If something isn’t just the way you like it, simply let any hotel member know and we will make it right. Guarantee.” Well I found out that is simply a FALSE PROMISE! I asked one more time if I could get a different room and was told, “I’m sorry, it’s out of our hands.” Frustrated but keeping it professional and calm, I tell the lady, “well that’s not what the Hilton Garden Promise says.” “She tells me, that’s our promise for Hilton exclusive customers, not from a 3rd party.” She basically told us we were not valued customers because we used a third-party booking site. My lady and I then decided to put on our swim suits and go to the hot tub. Wouldn’t you know, it’s empty and has no water in it! Ok…. So I go to stick my foot in the pool, and go figure, it’s freezing. Over all, the room was fine, clean and comfortable. But it definitely was a terrible experience and I will not be returning. Lastly, it’s been almost a week and I haven’t got my $50 deposit back for no good reason. I can only give a 1 star review. If possible, I’d give it a quarter star and the receptionist a negative review.
