Wonderful

Pros: The location was convenient to all of N. Conway. The room was spacious, well lit and clean. The beds are on the harder side. The large balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. Check in was easy and pleasant.

Cons: Better lighting from the parking area. The door needs a deadbolt. I could hear the next rooms conversation. I left the fan on to mask any noise I could hear. Once everyone was sleeping the hotel was quite. The hot tub needs to be refinished.

Cons: The hot tub seemed dirty and cloudy! Inside the hot tub was rough concrete! The placed was so 1979 through out the place! We got there Friday Feb 23 2024! Then we had a wedding on Saturday afternoon and a meet and greet of the wedding parties on Friday!

Pros: I only spent one night but I am a repeat customer. Typical buffet, good selection of cereal, clean organized, I think there may have been more of a gluten free option last year when I was there. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: I mean, its a little old fashioned and needs an update, but at the same rate, the amenities, service, and staff more than made up for it with the overall experience. We had a great time.

Pros: The staff and location were great. Keep in mind this is a cheaper hotel, it is very dated and dirty, not from lack of cleaning, just old. If you want to pay less for a room and dont care if its super clean this would work for you.

Cons: Again, the staff was very nice and the location is great. The hotel itself is old and dated, dirty from years of use, not because they dont clean it. Its mostly just worn out.
