Cons: Doors easy for a 3 year old to escape, roaches, room overall disgusting. The bedcovers and sheets had to be inspected for obviouse stains and the room would probably glow blue. Never again.

Pros: Actually nothing. It was the holy hotel we could find that wasn't full due to spring break and spring training

Cons: This is the second time we stayed there. The first time, there was no hot water in the entire hotel, this time, there was NO water in the entire hotel; another total plumbing failure. This occurred in the middle of the night, by 7am the Manager was still not at the hotel, which was clearly in crisis mode.

Cons: Parking spots were very tight for full size pick up. Breakfast was not the greatest. If you are going to offer it make sure that is more than Toast, Waffles, Dry Cereal etc.

Cons: The first room that was given the AC unit was not working. The room was hot and stuffy. Went down to the reception desk to ask for assistance. They were unable to fix it and we were given another room. My previous stay I had a bigger refrigerator and this time it was too small.

Pros: The only thing I like about this hotel is the location, and they don't charge some phenomenal deposit.

Cons: Get rid of the employees who do drugs. New management apparently took over, and I thought things would be better, but apparently not. You can smell Marijuana in the hallways, which is not okay, especially when you have small children. Employees don't care if you say something about the smell. They just laugh. It's not worth the money, and their rating has gone down. Found left items in the room, which tells me that housekeeping didn't do their job. Breakfast is gross. you're better off going out to eat.

Pros: I did not like anything about the hotel, location, staff - I would NEVER stay here again!

Cons: The property is worn down. The staff at the front counter were not friendly at all. When checking in the woman was very brief, not friendly and rushed. Different staff member but same treatment as check in when I checked out. The room had not been vacuumed and the carpet had dirt/dried mud, apple jacks and a weird brown powdery substance under the night stands. Trash under the bed. The mattress was worn and I sank into it when I laid down, it definitely needed to be replaced with a new mattress. I advised I had a 5lb service dog and was put in a "pet friendly" room. I could tell it was "pet friendly" not only by my service dog sniffing all the areas in the carpet that were marked by other animals but also the furniture was torn and chewed on. The bathtub clearly had not been scrubbed clean as there was a ring of dirt/buildup around the drain. The sink drained very slowly making it difficult to brush your teeth, wash your face, basically use the sink at all. There was also a dirty washcloth hanging above the shower fixture which confirmed bathtub had not been cleaned. The toilet is very low to the ground and anyone who has knee or hip problems would NOT be able to use it without some type of assistance. The refrigerator had 5 inches of ice build up around the freezing element inside. The refrigerator also smelled when opened. Needless to say we did not use the refrigerator. We decided to get a "king suite" and the furniture was stained, there was a "plastic" type upholstered couch - gross! The hallway to the room had not been vacuumed and there was pieces of dry wall scattered on the floor. The access door leading to the outside that's supposed to be kept locked for "guest security" was unlocked and accessible without a key as there was a large piece of blue tape placed on the inside of the door so it wouldn't lock. We will never, ever, ever stay at this property again.
