Cons: Dirty bathroom, lobby nice but rooms outdated and not properly cleaned. To far from city center, AC not working, no problem for now but will surely be during hot summer.

Not what we expected.

Pros: The lobby, bar and restsurant. The bed was comfortable. Staff were great and helpful. Bar tender was fantastic!

Cons: Room was tiny, had to turn sideways to get passed the bed. Shower was rediculous to get in and out of. Heard people in next room very clearly!! Had no facilities to make a hot drink in our room. ( jug, cups tea, coffee) Handyman came and painted the walls in the bar while we were sitting there, we moved and he devided to paint where we were sitting again. Crazy

Great place

Pros: The location is fantastic! The outdoor is beautiful, it's quiet. Metro is 5min walking distance. Room is good, it's very clean. The bathroom was small, but good enough.

Cons: Spa & wellness center is actually gym and massages, pedicure, manicure, but no sauna, no jacuzzi, no pool. If you like savory breakfast and you are vegan, there is not a lot of options. Sweet breakfast is typical across Italy so there are a lot of options for sweet breakfast.

Pros: Our experience at this hotel was mixed. While the reception was welcoming and the exterior of the hotel was visually appealing, our overall stay was disappointing. The staff members were friendly and helpful, but the room itself felt sterile, reminiscent of a hospital room rather than a cozy accommodation. The view from our room was disappointing; instead of overlooking a pleasant garden or park, we were faced with a view of dumpsters ( we were expecting a garden). Additionally, the location of the hotel was inconvenient, as it was far from most attractions and amenities. Although the metro station was nearby, the road leading to it was noisy and unkempt. In summary, our experience fell short of our expectations.

Pros: Staff were amazing and helpful. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Breakfast was amazing too. I asked for a kettle to boil water during the night because it was very cold, the staff was able to arrange a kettle for me.

Cons: 10-15mins walk from the train station. If you have luggage and want to walk around Rome, it's inconvenient. However if you'd like to taxi back and forth then the hotel taxi service is great. It doesn't have the amenities like a 4 star hotel, but in Europe the quality of the hotels are rated differently? The shower was a little smaller and a bit inconvenient to get into, maybe other rooms it's different. The friendliness of the staff and breakfast does make the hotel better.
