    We made lots of memories as a family but I think the staff should be a bit happier and more friendly I think they need

    Pros: I loved the food and the snacks
    Cons: I didnt like that the shower would clog when showering also the water was way too salty and towels were so old the beds were not comfortable the staff wasnt friendly just in the restaurant two staff were really friendly and those are the two I gave a tip too but overall it was ok

    Pros: The only great part about this place was the beachfront location and the staff was very friendly.
    Cons: The entire hotel needs a renovation. Everything is outdated. The beds were not comfortable. The food was not that good.

    unsecure, mediocre, not a great value for money.

    Pros: location, garden /grounds,close proximity to beach and Main Street, employees in general.
    Cons: Food and drinks were sub par, language barrier and communication, had to change rooms as original room not as booked and had mechanical issues, entertainment too loud and to long of duration, lack of security in room, safe not secure,door hardware/ locks non existent or sub par, cockroaches in hallways each morning.

    Great location right on the beach.

    Pros: Breakfast was good with lots of selections. The omelette station was nice. Very nice warm pool as well.
    Cons: Lunch and supper were hit and miss. The entertainment music at night was quite loud, which is normally ok, but it was still loud even with the door to our room closed.

    Staff were wonderful but the room a bit rundown.

    Pros: Buffet was very nice.
    Cons: Very noisy even in our room from the pool area with activities such as karaoke till 10 pm 1 night. On the weekend noisy all day from very loud microphone directing activities at pool.

    was glad too leave that place will never return and I dont recommend it for anyone go somewhere else

    Great location on the beach, wonderful spot for families, don't expect luxury/fine dining

    Pros: we liked the location of the hotel - had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the beach/ocean The grounds are kept extremely clean as well as the rooms. the staff were very friendly and extremely supportive when we were needing some help due to illness. We enjoyed watching the many families taking part in the organized activities by the very exuberant recreation director this resort is supported by many Mexican families on vacation and a few "gringos" who come yearly. there is entertainment offered most evenings.
    Cons: This was our first time at an all inclusive so we were disappointed in the quality of the food at times. Meals and selections available were mediocre. the quality of the bedding needs to be improved. Our pillows were pieces of foam stuffed into a plastic lined pillow case and covered with a cloth pillow case. When the hotel is busy there aren't enough beach and pool chairs available. At times the music from the pa system near the pool is excessively loud.

    Pros: Staff was excellent
    Cons: Wifi was only in lobby and the bar. Bed only had sheets no blankets or bed spread. Ocean view room had no ocean view. Asked to upgrade to an actual ocean view room but was told it was not possible. Not enough beach chairs under the cabanas property was using plastic patio chairs to replace beach chairs and they would sink into the sand. FOOD WAS WAY BELOW OUR EXPECTATION. ALL POSSIBLE CORNERS WERE BEING CUT. Even the orange juce was being watered down.

    horrible, we had a party of 12 with 4 rooms and for what we spent was not worth it. this resort should be removed from a

    Cons: service, you pay for all inclusive but they limit you on your portion. if you have children they must get there own food. very out dated, towels are dirty and only one per person. very bad experience, bar service terrible and the worst thing is booking.com doesnt support or help out with any issues, very over priced for the service and quality of food Mexico has way to many great resorts to even consider this one.
