Pros: recently had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Village, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed. The highlight of the room, undoubtedly, was the enormous and incredibly comfortable bed. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I had some of the best nights' sleep I've ever had. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was truly impressive. What truly sets Paradise Village apart, however, is the serene and peaceful atmosphere that envelops the entire property. The lush gardens and well-maintained grounds create a sense of tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff at Paradise Village were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel like a valued guest. Whether it was recommendations for local dining options or arranging transportation, their hospitality was top-notch. In summary, my stay at Paradise Village was nothing short of perfect. It's a beautiful haven with luxurious rooms, the comfiest bed you can imagine, and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend Paradise Village. It's a place where you can truly unwind and experience the epitome of hospitality. Pros: The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are three pools to choose from, a pool with water slides and activities going on, another pool that is for people that want to enjoy the pool without the noise and activity, and a third pool that is a lap pool. The rooms have a kitchen and there is a store at the mall next door in case you would prefer to eat in. You can walk along the beach for miles. There is a convenient taxi stand and a car rental place if you would like to explore off the property.

Cons: We dont like having to wear a plastic wrist band. We like the fact that the floors in the room and hallways are tile because it is easier to see if they are clean but it can get pretty noisy when people are coming and going in the hall and you are trying to sleep. You are supposed to be responsible for cleaning the dishes in the room yet dish soap was not provided.

Paradise village has a lot to offer.

Pros: The location and activities offered are a plus. Having a kitchen is a nice alternative to eating out.

Cons: The hallways are tiled which made it really noisy at night. The bed was small and really uncomfortable. Your supposed to do your own dishes in the kitchen yet no dish soap is supplied. The price is a bit high.

Pros: We loved we added all-inclusive to our plan, we loved the food and service at the Tulum restaurant. We want to go back, we loved our vacation at the Paradise Village! Thank you very much for our pleasant vacation.

Cons: We stayed 4 nights there but our room was only cleaned twice. Besides that, we had a great time!

Cons: Customer service was terrible. Waited over an hour to check in. At check out I was told I needed to pay fees for my 17 year old daughter. I added her at the time of booking my room. There was no error on my part yet still charged. More to the story.

Cons: The check in process was difficult and the wrong room numbers were given to us. The information that we received at the desk was inconsistent. We did not get the same answer to our question depending on who was working at the desk.

The staff is very attentive and helpful and friendly! They make you feel like you should stay longer.

Pros: The beach is so wonderful to walk on . Smooth,soft sand. Beautiful landscape.

Cons: The food and beverages and groceries are very expensive at the nearby grocery store that is located in the property.

To sum up the stay, for the price we payed emphasize should be put to the food that is provided to the clientele.

Pros: The Copan Skybar is absolutely beautiful but a complete joke. It should be a cash only bar, no reservations and every table should be full at all times. If you would.like for that bar to make alot of money please contact me. Whoever is running that should be fired immediately!!
