Bad

Cons: Lobby smelled like fried food. Room door didn't swing shut completely which enabled someone to push it open at midnight. We chased them away but front desk seemed unconcerned when we called about the incident. Housekeeping didn't make up room because we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door in the morning. We took it off when we left for the day but they never even emptied the trash or refreshed the coffee supplies. Bathroom door did not close. What else? Mini fridge wasn't cold. Charged my credit card an extra $50 which I assume was a deposit of some sort but I haven't gotten a refund and I checked out 24 hours ago. No toilet paper in the men's room off the lobby. (Please note this is the first truly bad review I've ever left. This is probably a perfectly fine Hotel but we had a terrible experience.)

Pros: Convince to our event

Cons: Room was filthy and sticky, ants in the bathroom, no heat in the room, not hot water to shower with-only cold or tepid, had to stand in a line for 30 mins a day to request towels from the front desk,severely understaffed, could not get the room serviced as requested, front desk staff never apologized for any of our problems.

Pros: Except for a Denny’s next door, which was quite convenient, there were nothing else nice about this hotel.

Cons: Not sure where to start. The property is in need of a lot of updating and repairs. It appears run down and dated. The elevator made loud rattling noises and opened with a loud bang. The room and bathroom were also dated and not in a good condition. The heating system did not work and it was so cold in the room we couldn’t sleep well the first night. The safe in the room was unusable as it was locked. The sliding bathroom door was hard to maneuver or lock. The shower faucet was broken - most of the water just spilled out of the faucet and never reached the shower. And the whatever water that did manage to reach the shower, was just lukewarm warm. The next day we spoke with the agent at the front desk who was extremely rude. She made a face when we asked her to replace our towels. We told her to have someone fix our heater. When we returned to the hotel in the evening we found out that our room keys had been deactivated so we had to go to the front desk and get them reprogrammed. Upon entering the room we saw that the heater had not even been touched and there were no towels or hand towels in our room. Again we had to go down and ask for them. They said they were still doing laundry and that we would need to wait. They said they cannot do anything about the heater now because the maintenance staff was not present. We told them to just give us extra blankets so we would be able to sleep that night. To that they said they didn’t have any blankets right now and we would have to wait. About an hour later, after talking to two other employees that we met in the hallways we finally go our towels and blankets. We heard other guests complaining about their rooms as well. This was a horrible stay and I would recommend that you find another place. B

A decent hotel, budget friendly...

Pros: Overall we had a good experience. We really liked the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The bedding was what you'd expect from a hotel, my kids really enjoyed the scents of the soap, shampoo, etc. It was a huge hotel which my kids enjoyed.

Cons: None of the outlets worked in our room so we couldn't charge any of our devices. The bathroom was pretty gross, the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet was yellow and bits of it were flaking off. The tub bottom had bits peeling off. Hotel pools are a big draw for us, while the water temperature was wonderful, both the pool and the hot tub had things floating around all over the water and there were large hair chunks/hairballs all over the perimeter of the pool that were pretty disgusting.

Pros: They absolutely have nothing they say they have no bar no pool it’s a regular hotel so on that note it’s overpriced and falsely advertised
