Awesome place

Pros: Friendly staff. Very clean! Nice area!!

Cons: Pillows were horrible! For my wife, to soft! Me , to small! She did not like the bed. To me, bed was fair!

I will be staying again, and again.

Pros: I loved EVERYTHING about this property. The staff was very friendly and welcoming for starters. The suite was absolutely spacious and was equipped with everything youll need! You have the luxury of having a washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. You have plenty of dishes, cutlery, a toaster, coffee machine, blender, measuring cups, mixing bowls, you name it! They even provided laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and such. I didnt call housekeeping once because it just wasnt necessary when you have everything you need. Now to talk about the exterior. This is an absolutely well kept property! Aesthetics are very important to me and I cant explain how pleased I was. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool both day and at night. The ambiance is stunning at night especially. This will be our go to resort each time we visit for Mariners Spring Training! I wish Id known about this years prior to this visit. I would like to add the fact that my vacation could have been a disaster had I listened to some of the reviews. My husband and I were extremely worried about staff constantly trying to pressure us about timeshare, as thats what we read in several reviews. We were out and about every single day and not one person bothered us about timeshare. Vacation is important for my family so we do invest time in reading reviews. Honesty is really appreciated because people like us depend on and trust them.

Very nice and would come back again as this was the third or fourth time that I have stayed here.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the workers.

Cons: When the person cleaning the room next to us kept on going in and out of the room to clean it and the door slamming for a good half hour if not more. She/he could prop the door open to eliminate the constant noise.

Solid resort property, especially for the lower cost.

Pros: Condo was well stocked which helped make cooking easy. Location is within view of mountains and close to several hiking trails. Location is near exceptional shopping.

We had a great time with family that was visiting from Germany.

Pros: The facility was nice and clean. The pool area was well kept as well as the hot tub area. They had complimentary coffee every morning in the lobby. The front desk staff was very courteous.

Pros: This is our go-to favorite place when wanting to get away as our kids first sent us here for our 40th anniversary and we loved it. Lots to do and a great place!

Cons: Need more cornhole and connect four games set up and better bags for cornhole.

Pros: Love the beautiful landscaped property! Never too busy. Close proximity to Lake Pleasant! So glad they added the food and drinks at the main pool!

Cons: Meeting with their sales team when you already have a time share. The person we had was pretty good, understanding that we were not interested. We appreciated that.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable! The pool areas were beautiful! The room was a house and I didn't want to leave. The spa was beautiful! I received the most amazing massage from Tiffany. She gave me the best massage of my life. She also gave me health information on future massages when I got home. My overall health was her priority for the hour I spent with her. She was very professional and caring! So impressed with Cibola!! I will be returning as a regular guest since my cousin now lives in Peoria.

Cons: I did not like booking through booking.com. They actually cancelled my reservation after I changed the date of arrival. Your employee was able to fix that mistake and I feel got the best room in the whole place. She was very discreet and did not tell me anything was wrong until after she fixed the problem. Very professional.

Pros: This is a go-to place for our family. We've been several times. The rooms are very comfortable and perfect size for the price. The pool is absolutely perfect and plenty of room to spread out. The poolside bar and food truck are both really good.
