Pleasant
Pros: The location to downtown was good.
Cons: No hand towels or wash rags in the room. One very small elevator to get up to rooms. One of our rooms smelled heavily of weed.

Pleasant
Pros: Free candy
Cons: The bathrooms are very small so it would be difficult to share with another person especially because there’s no counter space and very little space in the bathtub to keep your personal items Also the toilet seemed to have trouble flushing

Very Poor
Pros: Restaurant onsite was pretty good. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: This hotel is nowhere near a four star. 2 1/2 at best. Had to leave shower water running about 5 minutes to get maybe lukewarm. Location is way to far from downtown convention center. Had to pay 20 per day for snacks and soda and wifi resort fee? Awful!

Cons: I feel like this hotel is losing its edge ... in previous stays, it felt like the staff cared more and tried harder.

Poor
Pros: Not a thing. I have no idea how it has a high star rateing.
Cons: There was nothing I liked about the hotel. As soon as you walk into the small lobby there was a leaky A/C dripping in front of the counter. The elevator was small and stinky. The room was not a suite by any means as I booked. Very disappointed.

Poor
Pros: The desk staff was helpful moving me to another room after discovering TV did not work, no hairdryer, and no phone in the room to call front desk regarding issues. The food and service at the restaurant was casual but good.
Cons: Absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel by any means. Poorly done reno on an old building, trying to reflect a ‘boutique’ hotel. Old cement walls painted dark, laminate furniture with chips and water damage, cheap carpet tiles over concrete floor. 2

Fair
Pros: The proximity to our downtown locations
Cons: It's in transition, our room was newly remodeled (although you could see the old white paint through the new grey paint on the walls), but the common grounds still had peeling paint and looked scummy. Not at all like I would expect for a 4 star.

Fair
Pros: Location was on the route for our trip
Cons: Fee was for swimming pool use- no spa. I would rate it a 2.5 star. Paint coming off in room, no glass to brush teeth, poor lighting, a room for two and not enough towels and wash clothes. Just so crowded in pool, think they sell pool memberships or spa
