It was shocking because the many recent reviews were raving about this place. Do not recommend.

Pros: They gave us another room. The second room was better than the first.

Cons: The staff was rude, our first room was not clean, and the second room was cleaner but still dirty. The first room was dirty as there was hair on the bed and a stain on the bedsheet. It also had a mosquito and a large spider which caused us to request a room change. When I requested a room change, the staff was snarky, and begrudgingly gave us a new room, but they threw our old room key back in the counter for someone else! There was a used cigarette bud in the second nonsmoking room, but thankfully the bed was cleaner. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bedsheet was subpar. The water in the shower would barely be warm enough, and when we turned on the heater, it smelled like something inside was burning. It was a terrible lingering smell.

Night mare for a stay

Pros: It was nice but they had only one person doing rooms we waited 3 hours for bathroom supplies finely had to go get them my self. Thet only had one way in nd one way out. On day of exit the nigh5 before they only had 9ne handy cap parking and they let peo0le park there that had no placard in hd to hug the building with my car. Which made it hard to get out. By morning leave, the car was still there couldnt get in care because i use a remp for my dogs. People were smok8ng pot all over the hall ways made me very sick and hard to leave. Then a guy with a white truck completely blocked the hllway i used to exit to load my care and could not leave again. Then when i went to take a dog carrier out, i still couldn't leave because the truck was there. So hard to wait. It was several hours past check out before we could leave. Couldnt use the pool because of the massive amount of pot that was smoked by the pool. The land scape around the hotel was beautiful. Well done and kept up. You had to pay for ice. No breakfast was offered. No coffee pot in room.
